Well located, spacious, but not "luxury"

The apartment was EXTREMELY well located and spacious... but not "luxury" as advertised. There were chips on the furniture, and it was missing simple things, like hand-soap. The plants on the balcony were totally dead- and they tried to charge us a bogus $25 "Sunday Check In Fee" which was never noted on the booking and I refused to pay. WiFi was also very slow.
