L'appartamento si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal Colosseo, luminosissimo e arioso, completamente ristrutturato secondo i più moderni criteri di efficienza, tecnologia e comfort sebbene mantenga il fascino di una dimora d'epoca: infatti è situato in un palazzo del 1890. Si trova nell'antico "Rione Monti", dove si segnalano veri gioielli come le Basiliche di San Clemente, Santo Stefano Rotondo e SS. Quattro Coronati; la zona è ricca di originali negozietti e locali di ogni genere per mangiare. E' vicino alle fermate Metro A San Giovanni e Metro B Colosseo oltre a molte linee bus ed è fuori dalla zona ZTL per cui è possibile anche arrivare in macchina. E' dotato di sistema automatico di apertura senza chiavi tramite un codice personalizzato quindi è possibile il check-in GRATUITO anche nelle ore notturne. Gli affacci sono esterni ma la casa è molto silenziosa. Il letto matrimoniale taglia francese è molto comodo dotato di materasso in memory, è sopraelevato e vi si accede salendo qualche gradino. La seconda camera da letto ha due letti singoli quindi l'appartamento può ospitare comodamente 4 persone. Il bagno è dotato di doccia all'italiana e finestra esterna; qui è posizionata anche la lavatrice. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e molto funzionale, adatta anche per un soggiorno lungo. L’appartamento si trova lungo la strada che, passando per la bellissima Basilica di San Clemente, congiunge la monumentale Piazza di S. Giovanni in Laterano con il Colosseo. L'obelisco situato sulla piazza è stato scolpito in Egitto all'epoca dei Faraoni ed è il secondo più alto al mondo. Con una piacevole passeggiata si raggiungono a piedi in pochi minuti le meraviglie della Roma imperiale: Il Colosseo, l'arco di Costantino, i Fori Imperiali, la Domus Aurea, il Palatino, il Circo Massimo e comunque tutte le testimonianze dell'antica Roma.
