The property was comfortable. Saying that it was quiet was a stretch. I know Rome is a vibrant city, but the noise at night made sleep very difficult. The property is a little tricky to find. There is no external signage sans a small label on a door bell button on the front door. We tried to call the property but no phone was answered. Whilst we did arrive later than we had said we would, plane delays are out of my control.

Big place for Rome.

was a nice place to stay with our two children. It’s simple and clean. Can’t remember if there was a tv we were in the room just to sleep and then our to explore. Not a lot of plugs but it was fine.

Cover of the sheet was disgusting. It was definitely not washed in a while so imagine what white spots were on it. Quality of the breakfast was below expectations. not mentioned super small bathroom and old building. It was creepy.

Budget Inn w/in walking to major attractions

The Inn is located conveniently only minutes by foot from the main bus/train station and to many major attractions of the city. This is a budget inn but the room itself was clean, had a mini refrigerator and hot water cooker for tea/coffee. The staff was very friendly. The bathroom was tidied but there was mold at the base of the shower. The Inn does not have a restaurant or 24hour reception but there is a supermarket down the street and a great restaurant right next door. Overall, this is a no frills budget Inn in a great location with many shops and restaurants nearby. (good to know-There is an elevator, but you have to walk up a few steps to get there. )

The hotel is not very clean. Our beds do not have blanket, however the service desk is only available in limited hours, so we had to sleep with our jacket on. The hotel is on 3rd floor, but there is no obvious sign on the street. It's on a busy street, very noisy at night. The benefit is walking distance to Termini station, but the neighbourhood is not nice, nor seems very safe to walk at night. I will not recommend it.

The hotel location is perfect for Termini station. The room was clean, bed and pillow comfortable. Check in was easy. My only problem was that I couldn't get the ac to cool. Because the desk closes at 7p there was no one to get help from. Could have just been me being dumb, but in hindsight I wish I had tried to turn it on when I first arrived and there was staff there.

Good location

We wanted a hotel that is walking distance from the main tourist attractions in Rome. It did not disappoint. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. A bit hard to find, as it is inside a building and not visible from the street.

Ok hotel but great location

The establishment is only one floor of about 5 rooms. It was a little hard to find because it's in a big building of other hotels and businesses. It was really close to the train/metro stations which was the best part. The girl at the front desk was very helpful when we got there and gave us a map with suggestions of places to visit. The staff was only there from 0800-around 1300 and after that no body is there. The bathroom had a very strong sewer smell that filled the whole room and only one of the buttons to flush worked. Rome was really hot so it was really fustrating that the cleaning crew would turn off our AC when we would leave and they would clean. It took me forever to find a place that included breakfast that was in the city but was very disappointed to know it was just packaged mini pieces of toast and small croissants with cappachino if the lady was there and u woke up early enough, but it might be an Italian thing. So if ur expecting an American breakfast this isn't anything like it.
