Very clean hotel. Very helpful staff. Bed was not comfortable at all

Unexpected upgrade of the room, super professional services and great sight seeing information made our Rome stay to be so enjoyable!

The hotel to stay in Rome, just in front Termini terminal, in front the metro, every close and walking distance. Excellent buffet brreakfast and beutiful and comftable rooms, definily I will stay again and again. Perfect place.

Nice hotel, great service, rooms was a bit tight for 3 people.

Hotel was very clean near by train station. Also staff was very good. Room was absolutely as per expectation. Must recommend to stay here.

The hotel is close to Termini. Although some streets near the hotel are littered with homeless people but they kept to themselves and we never felt threatened. There are several similar nice hotels on the same street so that helps.Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and very helpful. We had fresh squeezed OJ every morning. So nice to be able to catch a train or a bus nearby

Great hotel . Good location, two blocks from train and metro , 10 minute walk to either Spanish steps or Trevi fountain . Taxis come immediately. Staff couldn't do enough for us, very friendly.

What stood out was the terrific staff. They were extremely helpful with excellent recommendations for things to do and places to go for a four day stay. Couldn't recommend it enough.

This apparently was the last room (according to Orbitz) and we were lucky to get it for a decent price. Clean and quiet; mini-fridge was some complimentary drinks. Simple and nice.

The hotel is a 5 min walk from the Termini Train station, which conviently connects to the major metro lines A & B and the airport. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and always avaible to assist with answering questions or providing great recommendations.

Felt as though the neighborhood was safe. The proximity to Roma Termine station was wonderful for access to train, airport, and metro. We did a huge amount of walking. The gem of this location was the church Santa Maria degli Angeli e Dei Martiri. It is a basilica you wouldn't even know was there. Great sidewalk restaurants in the immediate area as well. Not in the middle of the hustle and bustle for the Vatican or for the Roman ruins, but that was fine with us. Staff was helpful with directions and suggestions for avoiding crowds. Breakfast was great too!

Very helpful front desk!! Breakfast staff friendly and efficient. However, for the price we were paying, breakfast should be included as is common practice throughout Europe!!

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of our rooms and the quality of the food service. The staff assisted with answers to many questions and gave excellent advice on how to get around Roma!

The staff is extremely warm and helpful. The hotel is convenient to Termini Station and walking distance to Colosseo. The hotel and rooms are very clean, with nice modern decor.

Staff in this hotel are extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is very nice and close to the train station.

Me and my wife stayed in this hotel for a week and it was awesome! Helpful multilingual staff, top notch breakfast, well maintained hotel located within 3 min walking distance of the train and metro hub for the city. The place is also surprisingly quiet as it is off the main road just enough to not hear the hustle and bustle. One of the few places I have been to where the Jacuzzi room is worth it. Big enough for two people and enclosed so you aren't worried about water damage when you turn on the jets.

i booked this hotel for a quick trip to rome to pick up a friend at the airport and show her around for the day. i was interested in a place that would be comfortable near the train as that is how i was traveling. the hotel was in a great location for leaving your bag and picking it up just before the train, clean and good breakfast.

Truly walking distance to Roma Termini and the Metro, but secluded none the less, and close to a myriad of spectacular sites. But the absolute best thing about the hotel is the staff. It was like going home in a foreign country, they were all superb.

This is my second stay here and will not be my last. It is tucked in a pleasant side street close to the train station and the metro making it extremely convenient. The staff is outstanding . The room was somewhat small, but clean and comfortable with a very good bathroom and shower. Value was average, but every decent room in Rome is expensive this time of year.

If u need a place next to termini train station, this is your place, mini bar is included in price. Nice touch.
