The Nelson’s Italy Takeover

This hotel was amazing! From the welcome note and bottle of Moscato to the water, turn down service every night with chocolates and earplugs; they made us feel like royalty. Oh did I mention the robes and slippers? When in Florence, do as the Floricians do, eat well and sleep better.

The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Our flight was delayed by a day, but we kept in touch with the hotel to let them know about our plans. They kept our reservation open until we arrived. Everyone was wonderful, especially Viviana (?) and Mauro. They really made our stay special.
