Property was completely closed upon arrival. There was a sign left on the door for all confirmed bookings to report to a different property that was 15 minutes away. I called the new property and they didn’t offer me transportation to the alternate hotel so I was forced to carry my luggage across the city. Once I arrived at the alternate hotel their staff blamed the mishap on Orbitz but didn’t have an answer of why this hotel is still listed online if it is closed.

Clean, location, breakfast, bed, bathroom, everything was very nice! The concierge was very nice and helpful. He is the must of the hotel.

We were here before and would return for a third time. The area around the hotel is a little rough, but don't let that discourage you. The proximity to the train station and other city transit system is another plus.

Perfect location, few steps from Subway. Great service and food. I really recommend this hotel.

We loved this place! Very clean, very welcoming. They had bottles of water, fruit juice, and crackers all ready for us. The next morning we made tea in our room. Well insulated from noise, so we slept like a baby. I am definitely coming back!

Doreen is exceptional. She is helping us in all means and when she heard that we couldn't make it for breakfast on the day we leave, she offered a breakfast box for us. Breakfast is quite good with fresh squeezed orange juice. We will come back. Thank you Doreen and other staffs.

I can’t really complain about the hotel. It served its purpose of being close to the train station. Aside from that, the hotel was pretty unremarkable—the room was tiny and spartan Breakfast was included and appreciated. The service there was good. Service at the front desk was good too

The staff is incredibly welcoming, patient and helpful. Any inquiry I had before our stay I could email the hotel and receive a response within minutes. Our room was very clean and well cooled, which was wonderful after a hot day walking the city. Breakfast was more than enough for any diet, the lovely cafe staff was helpful offering fresh orange juice and handcrafted espresso beverages each morning. I highly recommend utilizing the Green Line Tours that the hotel is partnered with, we took a day trip to Pompeii and it would not have been the same had we tried on our own. The location is just around the corner from a landmark basilica, roughly 5 minute walk to Termini station and a brief 20 minute jaunt from the Colosseum. There are a number of amazing restaurants and shopping within walking distance as well as a small carry out just a few doors down. The neighborhood was more than it had appeared when we first arrived, offering a safe and quite experience.

Great location from Roma Termini, very clean, very friendly staff, great breakfast selection

Very nice small hotel and convenient for train, metro, taxi, and bus transportation. Rooms are sound proof. All the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. A number of moderately priced family restaurants and places for sandwiches, etc. are quite close. Everyone speaks English. Large buffet breakfast included. We stayed there 8 nights. We easily made a day trip by train to Florence.

Great hotel at an amazing price. Staff was extremely helpful, and location is great.

Nice surprise! Staff, without exception, could not have been nicer. Room was perfect for our needs. Close to Termini but on a quiet street. We will stay there whenever in Rome. Very good value.

Very clean hotel. Very helpful staff. Bed was not comfortable at all

Unexpected upgrade of the room, super professional services and great sight seeing information made our Rome stay to be so enjoyable!

The hotel to stay in Rome, just in front Termini terminal, in front the metro, every close and walking distance. Excellent buffet brreakfast and beutiful and comftable rooms, definily I will stay again and again. Perfect place.

Nice hotel, great service, rooms was a bit tight for 3 people.

Hotel was very clean near by train station. Also staff was very good. Room was absolutely as per expectation. Must recommend to stay here.

The hotel is close to Termini. Although some streets near the hotel are littered with homeless people but they kept to themselves and we never felt threatened. There are several similar nice hotels on the same street so that helps.Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and very helpful. We had fresh squeezed OJ every morning. So nice to be able to catch a train or a bus nearby

Great hotel . Good location, two blocks from train and metro , 10 minute walk to either Spanish steps or Trevi fountain . Taxis come immediately. Staff couldn't do enough for us, very friendly.

What stood out was the terrific staff. They were extremely helpful with excellent recommendations for things to do and places to go for a four day stay. Couldn't recommend it enough.
