The hotel is about five minutes away from a Metro stop, which will get you to the key areas in about 10-15 minutes. It's well worth it if you want to avoid expensive city centre hotels. Three of us were staying at the hotel, and we had a fantastic room with three single beds and lots of space. The WiFi worked well throughout the hotel (good enough to stream football). The plugs were not in very good locations, and a few of them didn't work. The bathroom was large, with a good shower. Annoyingly, the room was slightly warm and the air con didn't work, so we had to open the window overnight. As an Accor gold member, we received a drink voucher for all three of us. The bar on the ground floor is really small and not very good, but apparently there is a rooftop bar which is only open in the summer. We didn't eat at the hotel, breakfast is too expensive to make it worthwhile and there isn't a proper restaurant. I would definitely consider staying here again if re-visiting Rome.

I stayed in the 3rd floor for 2 nights starting from 2nd November. Highlights: 1. Excellent breakfast, it cost me 10 Euros and the spread was just awesome, considering the price. 2. Very close to the S. Agnese/Annibaliano metro station, resulting in easy movement to all the tourist destinations in Rome. Its just about a 5 min walk through a safe neighborhood. 3. They have very good cab services to the airport. I was provide a cab at 2 am in the night and the cost was nominal. 4. Brilliant staff, I didn't face any issues because of the language barrier. Am amazed with the consistency of the staff behavior during my entire stay. Overall, it was a very nice experience and I'd recommend this hotel highly.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Location: The hotel is located just outside the center of Rome. It is a 5 minute walk to the metro station. From there it is 10 minutes with the metro to the colosseum and 20 minutes with the metro to the spanish steps/trevi fountain. Near the neighbourhood of the hotel there are plenty of restaurants, ATM's, pharmacies etc to be found. Parking: Since I arrived by car, I was looking for a hotel that had decently priced parking costs and its own parking garage. Both of these requirements were filled by this hotel. The parking costs 20 euros per day, which is quite good considering the parking prices that other hotels in Rome asked. Breakfast: The breakfast was one of the better 3 star hotel breakfasts that I have enjoyed on my vacations, plenty of choices and friendly staff. Rooms: The rooms were spacious, well maintained and well cleaned. If you want a good hotel for a decent price and are arriving by car, this is the place to stay!

Just got back from an enjoyable trip to Rome, the hotel is spotlessly clean and comfortable and the breakfast is very good. Location is near to the metro station only a few minutes walk and there are plenty on nice places to eat around the hotel and much cheaper and better service than the restaurants in the centre.

Five stars because this hotel was a great value. It's not in city center, but rather in a fairly quiet neighborhood area, so it's less expensive. This is not a fancy hotel but it's clean and well kept. It's very close to the Santa Agnese metro too. If you like more than just coffee and pastry for breakfast, choose the breakfast option. It has a large variety of choices: cereal, fruit, yogurt, scrambled eggs, bacon, sliced meats, cheeses...well worth the reasonable price. The staff was wonderful. We were so tired one evening, we just wanted to have a pizza delivered...and I wasn't comfortable enough with my Italian to call and order, so the front desk staff called for me. Mini bar was reasonable. We also used the laundry service and that was quite reasonable too. I will definitely stay here again when we come back to Rome.

Good choice of food for breakfast Very friendly and helpful staff with knowledge of local facilities Metro nearby and easy to get to centre and to reach all sites from here Quiet hotel - Would definitely stay here again

It's a great hotel with big rooms, very good breakfast and very professional employees. The privilege rooms on the 6th floor are the best rooms I have ever seen in Rome. Very spacious with a big terrace where you can relax. Very easy access to the center, just 5 minutes walk to the metro station and with 10 minutes you are in the old center of Rome. Fort sure in Rome I would stay always in this Hotel

Great hotel, cheaper than in the centre of Rome, 5 minutes walk to the Metro, Plenty of shops and restaurants around, quiet area perfect for what we wanted, So threw a coin into the Trevi Fountain so I should come back to Rome !!! and will stay here again. Breakfast as expected no complaints at all.

This was a great hotel to stay for our Rome trip. It is not far from the Metro St Agnese/Annibaliano and it was a quick journey into town. There are quite a few restaurants nearby in the Corso Trieste and the Via di Santa Constanza. Breakfast in the hotel was very good and the staff were very friendly and very good. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at the Mercure was great. The room was very clean and tidy, updated design, and spacious room and bathroom. Hotel has a lift and the air conditioning and wifi worked great. Beds were very comfortable and the TV was a nice big size. The location of this hotel was a bit far from downtown and its about a 5 minute walk to the metro station. I would stay here again and would recommend to others to stay here as well if you are looking for a low price room with high budget feel.
