Hotel comfortable. Breakfasts good, choice of cereals, fruits, yoghurts. Cooked breakfast. Not far from metro station to get to centre of Rome. Rooms comfortable. Rooms have coffee and tea-making facilities. Nearby, coffee shops and also a supermarket if you want any bottles of water or snacks. Small fridge in room also.

The staff was professional and efficient. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds comfortable. Quiet at night . Short walk to the metro--4 stations to Termini. Local cafes and restaurants nearby--including a Conad supermarket and a good pizza bar (Alicia's) at the metro station. Breakfast was varied and good--though could have provided more uncut fresh fruit. This is a good place to base a vacation visit to historical, noisy, chaotic Rome. You leave in the morning to visit, and come back at night to get a good night's sleep.

Stayed for 3 nights travelling with my mother. If I had not prepaid I would have checked out on Day 2. Simple request to ensure two single beds provided in booking advice was not met and had to stamp feet to have the room reconfigured prior to retiring on the first night. A platinum Accor member, apart from a late checkout and standard welcome drink, we received nothing else not even bottled water. In my view, the hotel appears to cater and provides preference to business travellers and was booked up on the Wednesday and Thursday night. After walking Rome with my 75 year old mother we returned to our 1st floor room facing west at 3 pm, and the room was like walking into a sauna. Attempts to again get the air con working failed and when I rang for maintenance I was informed that it is too early season to turn the air con cooling system on. Our air con consisted of open windows with street noise with a room above reception and bar and smoke filtering in from the smokers below. Another room was offered on the Friday night when the preferenced business travellers were not around, but given our 11 pm return from a Naples day trip and the hassle of a move particularly with a senior we declined. We attended breakfast on the first morning of which I would rate as okay. Preferred a local coffee shop at a third of the price on day 3. Headed to rooftop bar at the advertised 6 PM opening and found it empty. Phoned reception to be advised it was closed despite the 28 degree heat and to attend the 1st floor reception bar. Seem to be light on amenities, no face washers or hand towels and basic coffee essentials which were not refilled after night 2. A short walk from the Metro and a good number of eating options nearby. Basically without the air conditioning which is advertised as provided a requirement of a 3 star hotel we did not receive what we paid for and as a Platinum Member I really not impressed and could not recommend.

Nice hotel, not too busy. Everything was clean and friendly staff at reception. Breakfast was good as well, enough choice. All the sightseeing attractions were easy to reach by metro. Rome is a beautiful city, definately recommend it

Stayed here for 3 nights during our recent visit to Rome. Nice location, staffs were polite and helpful. Only drawback was the rooms were very hot and we have told in Italy they aren’t allowed to switch on the air con until late April. The temperature was ambient for people coming from warm weather unlike us. Rest can’t find any fault. Great location with accessibility to Roma Termini

The hotel is just a hundred metres or so from Annibaliano metro station, from there you can buy a 48 hr metro card that will not only get you anywhere in Rome within minutes, but will get you on all the buses and trams free, also from the Metro line you can access Romes main rail station to anywhere in Italy, all for 12.50 Euros for the metro pass. Our hotel room was modern and very comfy, with a free to use smart phone and guide to Rome, the breakfast was very extensive, with full English and lots to eat, i might add the staff were very helpful, really enjoyed my stay.

We have just spent 3 nights at this hotel and we were both really impressed! All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely and clean and the bed was probably the biggest we have ever slept in! The location of the hotel is in a quiet area, but very close to the metro which is so easy to use. On our first evening we stayed local and had a great meal at Le Numbs Bistro which we'd thoroughly recommend. The breakfast is very varied and the staff fill up frequently. Would definitely return to this hotel.

We booked this flight and hotel package and found it suited us in most respects. Our room 106 was in a quiet location at the side of the hotel with minimal noise from outside. The room was well appointed with a good bathroom. The highlight was the excellent breakfast and pleasant staff preparing and clearing tables. The area is not so good for eating out, with very few restaurants open before 19.30 hours for evening meal. If you like pizza, pasta, you will be well served, otherwise eat elsewhere in the city. I would happily return to this hotel.

It's in a nice quite suburbs of Rome. It's quite easily accessible with a friendly neighborhood. Depends on the purpose of the trip but generally the place and staff are very nice and approachable anytime.

We had the privelege room. Big room with private terrace and big bathroom. Bathroom: needs some refreshment! Room: small bed, old seat, but room is big enough! Room Amenities: minibar was included but very poor. Also nespresso machine was included = top! We also had a HandyPhone at our disposal. We used it our entire stay in Roma! Breakfast was also included in our room, but it poor. Only a little bit of bread available, not so many choise in meat or cheese, staff was not really friendly. Staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. So overall it was good but they need refreshment in the rooms.
