Good choice of food for breakfast Very friendly and helpful staff with knowledge of local facilities Metro nearby and easy to get to centre and to reach all sites from here Quiet hotel - Would definitely stay here again
It's a great hotel with big rooms, very good breakfast and very professional employees. The privilege rooms on the 6th floor are the best rooms I have ever seen in Rome. Very spacious with a big terrace where you can relax. Very easy access to the center, just 5 minutes walk to the metro station and with 10 minutes you are in the old center of Rome. Fort sure in Rome I would stay always in this Hotel
Great hotel, cheaper than in the centre of Rome, 5 minutes walk to the Metro, Plenty of shops and restaurants around, quiet area perfect for what we wanted, So threw a coin into the Trevi Fountain so I should come back to Rome !!! and will stay here again. Breakfast as expected no complaints at all.
This was a great hotel to stay for our Rome trip. It is not far from the Metro St Agnese/Annibaliano and it was a quick journey into town. There are quite a few restaurants nearby in the Corso Trieste and the Via di Santa Constanza. Breakfast in the hotel was very good and the staff were very friendly and very good. Would definitely stay there again.
Our stay at the Mercure was great. The room was very clean and tidy, updated design, and spacious room and bathroom. Hotel has a lift and the air conditioning and wifi worked great. Beds were very comfortable and the TV was a nice big size. The location of this hotel was a bit far from downtown and its about a 5 minute walk to the metro station. I would stay here again and would recommend to others to stay here as well if you are looking for a low price room with high budget feel.
Good location in the suburbs only a few metro stops to Termini and other central Rome attractions. Great local restaurants. Good roof terrace with great views over the city and lovely local large houses and apartments. Be careful of the footpath it is very worn and dog poo is prevalent.
The hotel is not close to the center but well connected to both Central Station and the center. This time I had a double room on a high floor and was good for me. Even if, as an accor silver member, i would have appreciated an upgrade, as Hilton usually does. But I think this is a group policy. The reception personnel was kind and the check out fast. Close to the hotels there are good restaurants.
Just so,you are aware this hotel imps not in the city centre but it is only 4 metro stops away and it's easy to,do. We were welcomed by Franchesca who was such a delight. She is always smiling and so helpful. She goes out of her way to give you recommendations and nothing is too much trouble. Francesca is an asset to Accor and so glad we got to meet her. The rooms are smaller than in Florence but they do the trick. We were in room 515 which has a balcony. I still have the same issue where I don't understand why they only give you paper cups for team and coffee that is supplied and plastic for drinks. I really like to have.a glass of wine in a glass not plastic. We were here for 5 nights and enjoyed our stay.
My mum and I stayed in Rome for 4 nights and her friend joined us on the trip at the last minute. The staff were so kind and were able to help us book another room for a good price. One of our favourite things about staying here was the huge variety of items on offer at the breakfast buffet - a thing that we will miss as we travel around the rest of Italy. Overall, a very good hotel in a nice, quiet location with easy access to the trains and the busses- both of which we utilised to get into the centre of Rome for dinner each night, and come back to the hotel again.
Was in Rome for 3 nights and decided to upgrade from my normal IBIS to a MERCURE hotel for my stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful with information. The rooms were clean with the added benefit of a mini bar fridge. There is a supermarket 8 minutes away so was able to get milk and yoghurt and some beers and keep them cold in the fridge. Very easy access to the city via metro which has a major station about 8 minutes walk from the hotel. It is a quiet location and I really enjoyed my stay.
