Friendliest hotel staff I have interacted with. I did not have change in Euros for a bus ticket, and the woman at the front desk gave me change out of her own pocket to assist me. They gave great recommendations on sites to see and how to transport around the city. The breakfast is delivered to the room and is very good. The city view balcony was very relaxing and a perfect spot to eat breakfast each morning. Rooms are small and walls are very thin, but bed was comfortable. There are lots of stairs, the staircase is wideenough to carry bags, but it is fairly steep. This was my favorite place to stay during my trip to Italy and I would certainly stay here again next time I return. Highly recommend.

The staff was friendly and always said hello while you came in. Breakfast had good options. Hotel was on a quiet street but close to Piazza Novana and Pantheon.

Great location and helpful staff! We loved it and will return next year!

Great location within walking distance of all Rome's big sights. I arrived early and my room was ready. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was advertised as "continental", but included meats, cheeses, and other items beyond a continental breakfast, as much as you wanted delivered to your room. This hotel was a real find.

The foyer as you enter looks terrible, but our room was fantastic. It was a simple Roman style with beautiful wood beams, bright white sheets, and my son had had a private room with his own bathroom which he loved. We had a small terrace which had a view of the back of a church- wonderful! We enjoyed having our breakfast brought up to our room which is how they do it because there is no common room. If there had been plants or flowers in the flower pots on the terrace it would have been nicer looking- or they should just remove the bare pots. Very clean room- just be advised there is no elevator. We loved it!

I had the single superior with balcony on the 4th floor and was very satisfied with the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't have a problem climbing stairs as there is no lift. Hope to be back again soon. Lovely building and staff.

The triple at the top is just like their photo shows and what they don't tell you is that it has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. FABULOUS! and we loved the staff and breakfast served in the room The beautiful staircase is not for everyone, but they carry your bags up right away. THANK YOU!

A wonderful experience in the heart of Rome. Room was comfortable, breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful.

Hotel Teatro Pace is one of the few good reasonably priced hotels with a very central location in Rome. I've been coming to Rome for 15 years now and it has gotten more expensive, but Hotel Teatro Pace is an excellent option. Rooms are clean, nicely decorated, hotel staff very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate me. Breakfast is very good, served to your room any time you like between 7am and 10am...they even got my breakfast to me early at 6:45 the morning I was leaving, a small thing that means a lot! I had a room with a balcony, small but very nice and a quiet, beautiful view over the rooftops of the Piazza Navona area. Excellent location, excellent experience, I'll be back.

Keep in mind if you bump into your friends in Rome and they want to get into your room even for 20 minutes to drink a glass of water , this hotel will charge you 30 euros per person. Apparently no one is allowed into your room just you even for 20 minutes. I travel by myself and didn't plan to see my friends in Rome, the room was very small, so it was clear no one could stay there with me, but I had to pay just for friends to stop by. 30 euros per person. The location is excellent. Only some of stuff was friendly, anything I asked for was never done. They got my breakfast order wrong every single day. I would choose another hotel.

It was a dream come true being in Rome and experiencing all the good things about that beautiful historic city.

Great experience..the style of the hotel was really cool. It's an old building with its quirks but confortable and clean. The staff was very helpful. Location was fantastic as it's pretty much in the middle of everything.

I visited from 6/21/16-6/26/16 and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness, location, and comfort of the room. The hotel It self is very charming, what i would describe as a typical Roman hotel. The staff was amazing, the Polish lady at the front desk who's there during the day (can't remember her name) was oh so friendly and helpful. Rabia, the midnight front desk attendant, oh so friendly and helpful as well. Breakfast was served to your room, basic but satisfying. The location is great a couple of streets from piazza navona; walking distance to pantheon, trevi fountain, and Spanish steps. Close as well is trastevere among others. It's not close to termini station, but bus 64 takes you right to it.

Location, Location, Location! This hotel is very Central. Breakfast served in your room. Perfect. Restaurants all around. Highly recommend. Lots of stairs so if you have mobility issues, this may not be the place for you.
