The staff was kind and generous. The room was designed to be a place to sleep and nothing more. If you are looking for hotel amenities you will not find them here. I stayed in room four, which is 4 walls and a floor standing foot locker. Again, a nice place to lay your head and that’s all. I will stay at a hotel next time due to the stairs, which were very dangerous when they are wet and or dusty due to the construction in the bldg and the lack of amenities.

This place was terrible. Looked nothing like the pictures. No elevator. Description stated was on second floor yet had to cart luggage up 4 flights stairs. The bed was very uncomfortable and thin mattress. The shower doors felt as though they will fall off the track. Could not reach the AC and room was warm so had to leave window open to listen to police cars all night. Could hear people in hallway and other room. Very poor stay and uncomfortable conditions.

We arrived at 3pm. We made this clear to the property prior to leaving and again a few days before our stay. The property did not have an elevator, and we were told that we were on the second floor. It was the 4th floor, there were 47 steps. No one was at the property to greet us, nor to sign us out. The WiFi was extremely spotty. We will never stay here again.

The property was close to all attractions, walkable area which was great. The room itself was dark, not overly comfortable, air conditioning did not work. We had no issues with the staff, they were easy to connect with and provided clear instructions on how to enter the property.

The room was very clean, staff was responsive. They communicated check in instructions clearly, but not until the day of the reservation. I do wish there was more communication before the reservation to indicate how check in would work. It was a great location though, and for the price we got more than we expected. Guesthouse vibes. Come and go as you please. No concierge no staff really. Smaller than I anticipated. But was accommodated for early check in. Managers was responsive and very helpful.

I stayed in room number 1. The room was okay, but I chose this place because of its location. However, it’s not a traditional hotel; it’s more like an Airbnb, with a large apartment divided into six individual rooms that are rented separately. There’s no staff, and everything is handled over the phone, including check-in and check-out. It’s located on the third floor without an elevator, so make sure you don’t have too much luggage. Overall, my room was okay. The AC was a bit noisy and wasn’t cooling properly, but for a single night, it worked out for me.
