Apartment was very spacious and modern. It was very close to Roma Termini. We took a taxi 15 euros from the station, but didn’t need to as it is a 5 minute walk.

Beware this local area is rough. Saw a lady handbag being stolen. Lots of graffiti on the walls and people hanging around. The apartment was good but the Wi-Fi didn’t work and the door on the 2nd bathroom kept locking me in. Very close to rail station which was what I needed

Our apartment was very dirty, the apartment is very nice decorated but area around is very ugly. I think for a short stay is good enough because is really close to the train station. But we stay longer is not good idea

Excellent new apartment. Finished to a very high standard. Would definitely stay here again. Very close to train station. Stayed here with my husband and my children. Bit hard to find on your own, recommend getting a taxi.

Falta de regularidade na limpeza

Limpo no check-in, mas depois, apenas uma vez depois de quatro noites da chegada e após reclamação por e-mail, que foi respondido com presteza. A limpeza e troca de toalhas foram feitas no dia seguinte, um antes do check-out. O apartamento é bom, dois banheiros e cozinha, sala e quarto, cama confortável, todo reformado e moderno. Não tem vista agradável.

Zentrale Lage

Ganz in der Nähe zum Bahnhof Termini. Super Zentral. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Appartement ist neuwertig und schön. Leider ist die Küche nicht ausreichend ausgestattet. (Kein Kochlöffel, Schneidemesser, etc.) Check-in hat nicht zur vereinbarten Zeit geklappt. Erst nach Anrufen ist jemand nach mehr als 40 min gekommen. Boden war sehr dreckig, 1 Bett nicht bezogen.

Bad start of the weekend in Rome

Big problems, couldn't get into the apartment the day we came to check in. Had to start searching for another hotel since we didn't have any phone number or email to the place or the owners so we could get into the apartments. Kind of hard finding somewhere to stay for seven people at 23 o'clock. We were there for 2 (21 until 23) hours to get hold of someone. Luckily the 4 kids are not babies. I got an email with phone number in the middle of the night. The day after they met us 10 in the morning. We need to get our money back for one night. I really hope that hotels.com help us! Really nice apartments but the neighborhood is not to nice but walking distance to everything.
