Room was clean. Key to the front door didn’t work, had to buzz. No one at front to buzz to let us in. Had to wait for someone to get in or out of the building. Pictures and rating on Expedia were misleading.

The staff was exceptional! Our reception was beyond compare. We were in touch prior to arrival, and provided with travel directions. Upon check-iin, we were able to ask questions about the area. The receptionist spoke perfect English (among other languages) She was very fiendly and helpful, extremely responsive and knowlegeable about area attractions. The accomodations were somewhat dated with huge entry keys and multiple doors which were a little problematic. We also had toilet back-up issues, which let me add, were immediately addressed. The location was centralized and ideal for the plans which we had. Public transportation was consistent and reliable (buses and trains) All in all, it was a positive experience. Can't thank our receptionist/contact enough for being the best hostess!

Second stay in Rome in less than a month and InnVatican was much better than my first stay. Easily walkable to the Vatican and lots of places to eat. Beds and rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating. If I come back to Rome I will be back.

Lobby was dark and dreary. Room needs updating. Not very clean and noisiness from the street made it difficult to sleep. Definitely has a bed bug or flea issue as I left early due to bites all over my arms and legs. I did contact the property re my issue but never heard back. Would not recommend a stay here.

Glorious Rome

The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The room was very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was small but functional. All the major sites of Rome were within a 15 mins metro ride away. Cipro metro station was just a 3 minute walk. I would happily recommend Innvatican as a wonderful place to stay in Rome and would definitely stay there again
