Three-room apartment on the third floor, quiet and bright, overlooking the gardens of the Botanical Garden and the property's private courtyard. Consisting of a double bedroom with bathroom and large wardrobe; single bedroom with wardrobe and desk, a second bathroom and living room with sofa bed and kitchenette. The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes, dishes and appliances: kettle, toaster, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and stove. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, wifi, smart TV, hairdryer, iron and courtesy bathroom line. A laundry room with washing machines and dryers is available for guests. The area is very quiet despite being located in the heart of Trastevere, a short walk from bars, restaurants and services.
The parking lot is in the courtyard of the property. Staff on site from 9:30 to 16:00.

The ZTL is normally active from: Monday to Saturday from 6.30 to 10.00 and from Friday to Saturday from 21.30 to 15.00 (subject to change).

Great stay in Rome!

Great Communication , our flight was delayed by five hours and I was able to communicate with the property managers and arrange for someone to be there to check us in , Gioia and Rosie are so very helpful and available for questions if necessary . The property was very clean and well-maintained.. I appreciate it for security of this property and felt very safe staying here. I shall stay at this property on my next visit to Rome!
