We stayed at the hotel during the Rome marathon. Everybody was very friendly, relaxed and easygoing. The day of the marathon we had breakfast in our room- no problem at all. We will for sure be back - thank you for being so friendly and helpful
We spent 2 nights in here and everything was nice. Breakfast is delicious, staff friendly. It's located close to the metro station and 1 minute walk from the supermarket. I've been 5 times in Rome already and I'd highly recommend this place.
This hotel is just blocks from the Trevi Fountain and the National Museum of Ancient Art, both of which are great. It is within walking distance of several varied neighborhoods in Rome. It is also close to the Barbarini subway station, but you shouldn't rely much on the subway in Rome as there are no stations close to a lot of the major tourist sites. You can walk pretty much anywhere from Residenza Ki, if you don't get lost, which is easy in Rome as it is definitely NOT a grid. The rooms are a bit dated, but very good for the price, especially given the great location.
The people here were very nice and breakfast was good. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because you have to walk up the stairs. No elevator. This hotel was so close to a number of the attractions. We felt save exploring the area. There were a couple of good spots for dinner.
Excellent location. Can do almost all the Roma main points by walk and with a lot of nice restaurants around. Staff very nice and good breakfast. Good size room (we were 4 in a suite and that was good enough). The big room give an the street but luckily not so busy so the noise isn’t a big issue.
Rome Kings Suite Hotel but we were rerouted here instead. Not too bad. Stairs which isn't the best, but the rooms were spacious and really, that's ALL that truly matter since only utilizing room to sleep. Will be utilizing it again for Oktobre 2018. Friendly staff and very essentially local to ALL the major sites so that's a MAJOR plus!!!
Brilliant location, just 5 mins walk to the Trevi Fountain. 10 mins to Spanish Steps. 25 mins walk to Vatican. Basically, you can walk to every major attraction within half an hour. But if you don't like walking, there are several hop on hop off bus services that go right past the street at the top of the road from the hotel. Hotel itself is an old Italian building with old marble stairs and no lift. We were on the 3rd floor so my wife wasn't overly pleased having to walk up to our floor after all the walking around rome, but it didn't bother me. Staff are wonderful and very friendly. Its family run so you expect that, but they were all really lovely. Breakfast was very nice. Continental buffet style but plenty to choose from including meats, cheeses, tomatoes, cereals, breads, pastries etc. Room was lovely and a brilliant shower and bathroom. Only minor downside for me was having to take a bunch of keys out with me. There was a front door key in case you came home too late, a key to the door to our floor, a key to our room, and a big key for I never found out lol. My son loved the door to our floor though - it was about 7 inches thick!!!
The staff were friendly and very helpful with directions and advice. The hotel was lovely and clean, located in central Rome it is within walking distance to all major sights. The metro and trains are also not a far walk away but would definitely advise walking and taking in all of the beautiful sights!
Travelled with a family of 4. Room exactly like the pictures and very spacious. Beds and pillows extremely comfortable - we slept extremely well. Very clean rooms and bathroom. Our room was immediately beside the kitchen/breakfast area and we never heard a thing - the walls offer much privacy. Breakfast was tremendously enjoyable and included eggs and many selections - all of us especially the children were full. The ladies who run the kitchen are spectacular and make this hotel extra special. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Location is marvelous with a supermarket on the corner - great for purchasing snacks, water, pop, beer, wine, etc to keep in the minifridge. We would most definately return and highly recommend. Very close to Trevi fountain and all major attractions. We even walked to Trestevere and the Vatican - lovely stroll. Absolutely marvelous!
Room was beautifully renovated and spacious, breakfast had great cornetti's, eggs, fresh fruit, toast, mozzarella, ricotta, and much much more, great coffee, hot chocolate for kids. Lady who works there is super nice. Location is great, short walk to trevi fountain and spanish steps. Wonderful would definitely stay here again.
