We were placed to this Hotel instead of Hotel Soujournou blu, even though we booked a year ago.Worst place i have ever stayed! No room service. Cleaning was barely functionary, the room was very small, poor breakfast. 2 stars just for the good location, close to the main train station.
2* so wasn't expecting much. It's dated, it's small & breakfast is basic but fine to keep you going til you get your 'real' one 😆 It's friendly, it's clean, it has a hot powerful shower, towels are crisp & clean as are the sheets, it's warm & it's central! I/we would stay there again. It's perfect if you just want somewhere to lay your head at the end of a long day of site-seeing & a lovely dinner/wine & a hot shower in the morning before you head out to start all over again! You get what you pay for 😊
The only positive thing was that the hotel is next to Roma termini, clean towels every day. Everything else was terrible!! For breakfast you get a croissant and a cappuccino ; both horrible. The hotel is noisy and the bed uncomfortable. Impolite staff.
I went here for a night and was one of the worst in my hotel experience, I arrived at 2 am and the staff, basically a child, told me the hotel was sold out, then confort me by telling that they were sending me to a cleaner (?!) I had to pay in advance and ask 3 times for the receipt, obviously no card. The room was not clean at all, the bathroom was a hole at least the bed was not that terrible. It was impossible to close the curtains so at 5 am it was bright as midday. They had a convention with a bar for breakfast, coffee and croissant, nothing to remember. To only point to come here is the location near Termini station otherwise leave this place alone.
i have stayed 2 nights there for 50 euros each night with a friend of mine(25 euros each per night). this hotel is ideal for low budget travelers. no more than 50 metres away from Termini Station .. it was little noisy at nights by people, cars etc but for that amount of money it worth to stay
After taking payment in full the hotel cheated us by placing us in a different hotel, Hotel Blu. There was no free wifi. Even the paid wifi worked only near the hotel reception and not un the rooms. There was no running water in the bathroom starting from the night between our 1st and 2nd day. The staff was no where to be found. Who ever was available completely shrugged off any responsibilty. There was no water for the whole of 2nd day. No room service. Cleaning was barely functionary. The 3rd bed was a folding one.
The booked hotel was originally from Hotel Soujournou blu but we were placed to this Hotel instead. The stay was a complete rip off. It says on the booking continental breakfast but all you get is a drink and 1 piece of pastry. All the amenities were not working such as aircon asked for a remote only to find out it's not working and was instructed to just open the window, and a hairdryer just for display. The socket hasn't got a panel and the toilet was ++++ leaking. The city tax that was mentioned on the booking was even higher on the day of arrival. It says kids are free but were charge and claimed it will serve as a insurance during the stay.
Booked this hotel seeing 3star, but this is a simple scam or rip off. They did not even have a front desk, no service, breakfast included was a coffee and a croissant from the corner store etc etc. There is nothing good about this hotel to feel good about.. we were simply cheated...
We were moved here from Hotel Soggiorno Blu. The bathroom smelled really bad. The first night was a nightmare. We woke up several times during the first night because noises from other rooms/floors. Elevator was out of order at the arrival date. Bathroom's shower pressure was really bad if you want warm water.
If you want to stay in a hotel with paper thin walls and have a sleepless night this is the place. On arrival the staff seemed to be generally friendly however when dealing with a complaint they were utterly useless and didn't seem to care in the slightest. When booking a hotel room advertised with it's own bathroom we didn't expect to have to leave our room and walk halfway down the corridor to get to it. Overall the experience was stressful and uncomfortable and I would not recommend to anyone.
