I've been there with my boyfriend for one night only. The breakfast is a buffet on the top floor and it's a quite satisfying one. The room was clean and the bathroom wasn't so big actually but still ok for that room. The neighbourhood is really user-friendly. Piramide metro station and Ostiense train station are two steps away from the hotel. (Don't miss to visit Eataly at Ostiense...) I hope to be there again soon
In february I was staying at this hotel with my girlfriend. Rooms are rather small and few things were badly damaged such as shower and warderobe. Next to the hotel is railway woth 5 tracks, so it is pretty loudy. I didnt have any problems with sleeping during the night, probably because I am a heavy sleeper, but during the day it might have been sometimes bothersome. However it was the best rated hotel with decent price that I have found. Breakfast was the poorest that I have experienced in my life in a 3 star hotel. Every day the same menu with deli and pre-made cakes that were super sugary. I would recommend this hotel only if you are looking on your budget, otherwise spend couple of euros more for a better hotel.
Conveniently located short distance from train station with direct links to Fumicino airport. We arrived early for check in but they let us in anyway as they could see we were travel weary. There were a couple of different receptionists during our stay but they were very knowledgable and we're able to help us around. On day of check out also stored out luggage for us had late flight. Breakfast was a bit disappointing in that there wasn't much to choose from, but I put that down to us always being the last up there! Cute balcony to sit out on in the morning and plan the days events. The only downside was the bathroom, really could do with sprucing up! Overall though prefect location, great service and the free air con really was a blessing!!!
pros: Good service, breakfast was fine for a breakfast buffet, free wifi, rooms were acceptably clean cons: not best location. It is not located on the main tourist map. It is just a tiny bit south of it. (located right beside the metro station - Pyramide) so you can get anywhere fast, but I didn't feel very safe in that area. Somewhat in the outskirts of Rome. I was located on the other side of the train tracks, so the train that everyone complains about on the reviews did not bother me. It was super muffled from my room.
Just came back from a lovely weekend in Rome. I chose this hotel because of 50% discount and paid around 12 euros per night. For that money it is very good choice. The hotel is situated veeery close to the train station and metro stations. It makes the place noisy but in acceptable way. Basic breakfast with delicious Italian coffee makes the whole stay more enjoyable. Perfectly clean and tidy rooms with heater/air conditioner. To sum up - a very nice place for people who require a privacy, not really for youngsters.
Pro: The hotel was 2 metro stops away from the Colosseum, had clean rooms and the breakfast was very good. Friendly staff. Cons: The railway lines passed just a few meters from the hotel so the noise was terrible. Also close to a road with very intense traffic which added up to the noise from the train. Our closet smelt very bad so we couldn't use it.
Basic clean hotel close to the Metro, could be a little noisy, but didn't bother us too much. Great restaurants locally and within walking distance of all of the tourist attractions. Would of been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast a little disappointing. Good value for money.
The hotel is a short walking distance from the Ostiense Train station and the Piramide Metro Station. Around a 20 minute walk away from the Colosseum. There are nice restaurants in the vecinity (via Luigi Galvani). The rooms are simple and clean. The breakfast was a bit dissapointing.
Great value for money you do need a room facing the street though, minimal train noise.good air con,no kettle in room,it was clean, few minor faults.breakfast was adequate.close to metro trains every ten minutes ,really easy in to main sites.good local trattoria turn left in to main road on left 35euros ish for two including house wine.or fast food shops pizza, margaritas 4.5 really good.Rome was great ,only bad point was conned by a restaurant near the Vatican offered the special ended up wanting 67 euros, for 2 omelettes salad chips 2 drinks, reduced to 55 after words,be careful. On the other side fast food lasagne down lane by tourist info colliseum 15 euros for 2.Great holiday
Nice enough hotel for the price, clean, friendly staff. It is only 2 underground stops from the Colosseo and 4 from Termini; the metro station is less than 5 minutes away. If you are going to Ostia Antica or to the seaside, the train there is close too (Ostiense station). It can be noisy as one side is facing the train station (bring earplugs, the receptionist said they usually provide them to guests but they had none left). The TV was hard to work, but they said they would send someone to explain how it worked (never used it in the end as we were too tired!) Shower box is a bit small, so if you are on the larger side, make sure you get a room with a bath instead and a shower hose. Nice terrace where they served breakfast on the fourth floor, be aware you need to walk up from the third floor as the lift only goes that far.
