This hotel is situated in a very good position if you want to visit Rome and spend some time on the beach. Rooms are very clean airconditioned, but the breakfast contains only sweets, croissants and toats. So this was a little dissapointment. Anyway the stuff is very informed gives you advice where to park your car if you want to visit Rome and not to be nervous about the traffic. Also they advice you where is a good place to spend some time on the beach. A big recommendation!

This property is a good choice, maybe the location is not too accessible with public transportation but is not complicated, the rooms are clean and very good size in relation with other hotels that are so small, AC, and a good rate, breakfast is included a typical colazione romana, capuccino, bakery, yogurth, juice, enough to start in the morning, staff is nice and there is a restaurant downstairs with nice pizzas, the internet connections is spoty but it works.

We stayed here to be close to the airport. OK, so it's not exactly close, but it was an easy drive. The receptionist Olga could not have been nicer. So friendly and a wonderful smile. She helped us find a convenient metro stop for our trip into the city. The hotel décor was strange for me -- felt old. But the room was comfortable and we were very pleased. Simple continental breakfast but good coffee. We enjoyed the short stay and would stay there again.

I had such a lovely stay here. It was some way out of the city, and our purpose of visit was as tourists, but it had been booked as a gift at a very busy time for the city, so we couldn't complain. Although the decor is somewhat dated, it felt like home as until recently, the hotel I work in in Manchester has had a similar theme, and in any case, the decor has nothing to do with comfort or the overall impression of the property. The petite lady on reception was fantastic, and gave us lots of information. She recommended a guy from round the corner who wisks guests into the city cheaper than getting a taxi, so we used him the day we needed to be at the Vatican museum for a set time, and again to get us to the airport when leaving. It's not as difficult as it could be to reach the city. We didn't have a car, but a short walk to a bus stop, a bus ride and then a metro ride gets you there in about 40 minutes. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The only let down was perhaps breakfast. There were plenty sweet treats, cakes, pastries, biscuits and the like, but nothing savoury, not even toast. Overall, a very pleasant stay, considering we hadn't paid for it, and as the city was selling at four or five times the price, it was good value for money.

The reviews and website indicate it's close to FCO airport. This is entirely false. It's 35km away (50€ taxi ride one way). Restaurant below has loud music late into the night. We were told repeatedly that "it would be over very soon". We need to get sleep for an early flight. I'm a younger, easy going guy so it takes a lot to upset me but I want to write it to warn others. I wish I would have paid more for a hotel that had an honest description. Please note: the gentleman at the front is nice and the rooms are clean and neat. I'd love to be able to give this a better review but I can't.

A small hotel in a low rise, modernist building (circa 1970s, recently renovated) with chintzy furniture and copies of old paintings and prints on the wall of the lobby and the corridors, which makes for a quirky contrast. We stayed for two nights with two little boys, five and two years old. We loved it. Our family room (three beds plus sofa bed) had a good size and was well equipped; the air conditioning was working perfectly (thankfully). The furniture was a mix of mostly modern, plus one antique-style chest of drawers, and the beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel is great if you've got a car: about half an hour to the centre of Rome and ten minutes to the beach, just off the main dual carriage way that connects the Lido of Ostia with Rome: Via Cristoforo Colombo. Fiumicino airport is not far away either. A row of shops is just around the corner, with a small supermarket, a post office (with cash machines) and a cafe. Our two-year old loved the copies of old paintings on the walls and especially the statue of Romulus and Remus with the Capitolene wolf in the lobby. What impressed us most, however, was the genuine friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We recommend and would stay again.

its a small and nice hotel five minutes from the mediterranean sea and fifteen minutes from the center of family really enjoied this place next to a small shopping center and a couple of nice restaurants.our stay was of seven days :two walking by the seaside and the nature that surraund the hotel, tha remaining visiting the eternal city, each day coming back to the hotel was like coming back home because of the nice staff.
