Everything was fine, I am not a very demanding person. I knew that thiat hotel has only 3 stars. I certainly don't deserve more stars. I missed the wireless kettle in my hotel room; it's a shame. The hotel staff did not always willingly help ... The worst thing surprised me was that directly before leaving the hotel and leaving home I received an additional bill to pay which I was not informed about earlier ... 4 Euro extra charge per person per day.    Everyone remember that in Italy they can treat you like this, lie to you about it. This information should be given to you earlier and be included in the price. This is nothing more than misleading tourists ... A very pleasant surprise before leaving the hotel,This happened at the last moment before leaving for the airport.. In addition the receptionist refused me to accept card payments, only cash! Shame ... If I had to write something good about this hotel, only the location is good ...

Lo mejor la limpieza, el personal de recepción y la situación. Tuvieron detalles muy feos, nos preguntaron si necesitábamos servicio de taxi desde el aeropuerto y vimos que nos habían cobrado 12 euros mas por cada viaje de lo que se cobra en la parada de al lado del hotel (unos gastos de gestión muy excesivos) El hotel es muy viejo y la camada incomodisima. El desayuno, por lo que habíamos pagado, fue mas que suficiente. Pedí habitación de matrimonio, me confirmaron que así sería, y nos pusieron dos camas juntas con una misma colcha. No volvería a este hotel, prefiero pagar un poco mas y dormir bien.

It is very close to a metro station stop so that was convenient. The bathroom was clean. The walls of the room was disgusting. The shower head did not work and the tub would not drain properly.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Location was excellent for getting around on foot to see all the sites and lots of restaurants in the locality. 1st Class continental breakfast and service was excellent. Only one small point for improvement is that the general ares could do with a painting - which lets the hotel down.. Otherwise a 1st class accommodation!!

Great staff - Hotel needs updating - Good location

Hotel is overpriced for what it provides. Furnishings were old and very basic. Carpeting in hallways was stained and needed to be replaced. Staff was friendly and accommodating except the woman who served breakfast. She was very unfriendly. Hotel staff constantly turned mini bar fridge off to save electricity, I guess. WiFi was so so! Plenty of hot water and daily sheet and towel change were great. Good location! Laundry right next door!

A atendimento dos funcionários, excelente, principalmente do Francesco(brasileiro), muito simpático. Agora o wi-fi é péssimo, só funciona na portaria, mesmo assim outro da TIM, o frigobar não gela nada, no calor fica muito difícil beber algo gelado.

Estuvimos 3 días al inicio de nuestro viaje a Italia y después 3 días al final. En primer lugar el precio del hotel está bastante atractivo comparándolo con otros de la zona y la ubicación para la estación Termini muy buena. El hotel está bastante bien para su propósito de tener algo económico para dormir bien. El personal de recepción muy amable, un día me ayudaron a imprimir unos documentos, también nos dieron recomendación de un restaurante muy bueno y nos consiguieron taxi al aeropuerto por 50 Euros. Lo malo es que 2 días no funcionó el ascensor y estabamos en el 4to piso, un día no hubo agua caliente y el internet en las habitaciones es muy malo y es necesario bajar a recepción para el acceso al wifi.

Hôtel vétuste. Climatisation bruyante mais impossible de régler la température. Télé minuscule avec 5 chaînes italiennes.Moisissures dans la salle de bain. Pas d'eau chaude le 2° jour.Porte fermant mal et laissant passer le jour. Rideau décroché.Frigo réservé uniquement aux produits de l'hôtel. Réceptionniste de jour désagréable.Mauvais café et produits très bas de gamme du petit-déjeuner, servi dans une pièce glaciale en entre-sol.

Rome vacation

Michele at front desk was so very, very helpful and efficient. Location of hotel was excellent for walking and transportation to see the sights. There were many restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast selection was decent. Hotel is in an old building (as it was in Rome Center) and hallways needed new carpet. However, our room on the 2nd floor was updated and modern. It was a pleasant surprise that everything worked and was in order - electricity, internet, mini fridge, and all in bathroom. This had not been our experience in other places in Italy that we had stayed at. Suggestions to make guests even more comfortable - a bigger TV, a ledge/shelf in shower for toiletries and a couple of pictures on wall.
