This hotel was a great find for us on our last trip to Rome. It is a very convenient location related to the Vatican and also some great restaurants. It is spotless. The breakfast was good. The staff was very good however there is not always a person that speaks English at the desk. We would definitely stay there again.
Stayed for three nights with four small children. Put them in the suite and the parents in a regular room. The suite was more than the kids had seen in quite a while and they all had a ball imagine themselves in the lap of luxury. The breakfast was exceedingly fresh and well set. Lots to choose from and plenty to eat. Definitely started the day right. This location is perfectly located to visit the Vatican and not far from the Metro for everything else. Used both bus and Metro and it was perfect for both. Lots in the neighborhood to see when we were too tired to venture out further. The staff is professional, helpful and courteous. Places to park (which we didn’t need) as well. Fairly priced and well maintained. Lots of character and modern charm. I’ll stay here again if we return. Strongly recommended.
Very nice hotel in a very good location. Very clean and is a perfect place to recuperate after plenty of walking and sightseeing!! My only minor gripe was I stayed in the extended part of the hotel where you need keys to get in,this needs updating ASAP so it’s electric access as the locks are very tired, which was proved when 2 guests snapped their keys in the lock. Breakfast is also very nice and sets you up for the day a treat. On the welcome pack the hotel recommends local eateries I can strongly recommend pizzeria L’archetto very good!!
We stayed here for 3 nights in september 2017 and it was well worth it. The staff are very courteous and efficient and the location very suitable and central. To the rear of the Vatican city, a 10 -15 minute walk takes you there. It is also next to the San pietro station. Walking distance to alot of the historical sites and the shopping areas. The room is modern, very spacious and bright. There was a balcony as we requested for the view, which we also paid extra for, But we could barely see the Dome of the Basillica.... so do not go with that option. The bathroom was very clean too and pleasant aromatic sachets of body gel supplied is a mention. The hotel has an elevator. Breakfast served had a wide variety and was good. Coffee was exceptional. Well recommended hotel to those looking to stay close to the Vatican city.
This place is located in a nice secure neighborhood with lots to do (shopping, cafés, bars, restaurants) and to see (Vatican is close by and historic centre across the river). We appreciated that the rooms are located really on ground floor (a few steps up a small outdoor staircase at the end of a small garden). The rooms are contemporary, with all the menities, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is served a floor down and is varied and complete. Service is friendly and efficient; check-in is swift. We readily found street paid-parking of the 4 Euros for 8 hours variety. All in all a fantastic stay; this is definitely a place to return on a next visit to Rome.
Stayed here for one night only. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room itself was huge as was the bed. All was clean and in working order. A small nice touch was the safe in the room. Breakfast is down some stairs and opens at a specific time no possibility to get it earlier. The place has a storage room and a good security service on the property.Breakfast itself was varied and more than adequate. It is located very centrally and within walking distance of the Vatican and downtown Rome. There is a metro station within 5 minutes walking. I have no trouble in recommending this place.
Let’s get the iffy bits out of the way first. The hotel has expanded and has taken extra rooms in a nearby building. Nothing wrong with that, but if you were given one of these rooms, it means walking down the street for anything you want from the main hotel, and then back to your room. Also the extra room we were given seemed to have the bed headboard next to another rooms en-suit. Not ideal if you are not keen listening to others doing their bathroom and toilet bits. A bit of soundproofing would have helped here. Other than those picky bits, it was all good. Staff great, Breakfast great. Comfortable beds. Was clean, within minutes’ walk of the Vatican and the Metro. Our room was quiet at night. Reasonable priced accommodation. We liked it, and would stay there again. Thanks to all the people who work there to ensure their guests have a good stay.
We have stayed in room 104 for 5 nights in May. On arrival we were greeted with a little birthday surprise for my partners birthday. This consisted of a bottle of bubbly, a selection of fresh fruit and some decoration. The room has a small balcony which we used a lot during the morning and evening. It's also located in a quiet street. We can't wait to visit this charming place again soon.
we stayed here for two nights in a small suite #107. The room was large & comfortable with a king bed a couch desk & chair, there was a fridge with 2 bottles of water included, no refills. bathroom was large with a walk in rain shower as well as a hand wand. breakfast room in the basement was good, all aspects of the hotel were clean. card access gate from the street to the lobby. only problem was with the AC control, you could not turn the thermostat up or down, the +T & -T button were not working, lucky for us the temperature in May was mild.
The suit was large and clean. The location is fantastic and quiet. Did not need room service so can't comment but they should upgrade their internet speed. The staff were friendly and helpfull. There is a very good little food market near, worth a visit.
