Let’s get the iffy bits out of the way first. The hotel has expanded and has taken extra rooms in a nearby building. Nothing wrong with that, but if you were given one of these rooms, it means walking down the street for anything you want from the main hotel, and then back to your room. Also the extra room we were given seemed to have the bed headboard next to another rooms en-suit. Not ideal if you are not keen listening to others doing their bathroom and toilet bits. A bit of soundproofing would have helped here. Other than those picky bits, it was all good. Staff great, Breakfast great. Comfortable beds. Was clean, within minutes’ walk of the Vatican and the Metro. Our room was quiet at night. Reasonable priced accommodation. We liked it, and would stay there again. Thanks to all the people who work there to ensure their guests have a good stay.

We have stayed in room 104 for 5 nights in May. On arrival we were greeted with a little birthday surprise for my partners birthday. This consisted of a bottle of bubbly, a selection of fresh fruit and some decoration. The room has a small balcony which we used a lot during the morning and evening. It's also located in a quiet street. We can't wait to visit this charming place again soon.

we stayed here for two nights in a small suite #107. The room was large & comfortable with a king bed a couch desk & chair, there was a fridge with 2 bottles of water included, no refills. bathroom was large with a walk in rain shower as well as a hand wand. breakfast room in the basement was good, all aspects of the hotel were clean. card access gate from the street to the lobby. only problem was with the AC control, you could not turn the thermostat up or down, the +T & -T button were not working, lucky for us the temperature in May was mild.

The suit was large and clean. The location is fantastic and quiet. Did not need room service so can't comment but they should upgrade their internet speed. The staff were friendly and helpfull. There is a very good little food market near, worth a visit.

Me giving Gravina Rooms San Pietro a good score is mostly because it's location, comfortable clean rooms, breakfast don't expect much but not bad!... The lady working at the front desk Carla was very helpful and polite.

Perfect! Peacefully! Happy people! Near vatican, graphic streets!! ++++++++ nice breakfasr, clean rooms!! We'l come again for sureeeeee!!! Blablabla.........recommended for couples, good reastaurants near! Check arlu ristorante!

Very close to the Vatican City and ottaviano station. Carla the receptionist who checked us in was very polite and helpful. The breakfast is as shown in pictures. A great value for money... I think it will be a place that I visit again

We rented 2 rooms here and we weren't disappointed. Don't be put off that it's not visible from the street. We rented the main room (107) which was very spacious and would easily accommodate a family (adults with small children). My son rented one of the other rooms, ideal for two.

I found this hotel on booking.com. Was not sure about it, but I was surprised when I got there. Very nice small hotel, comfortable rooms (not many 2 single beds rooms though). Very clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast down in the cellar, but lovely - fresh hot croissants, pastries, cheese...very good breakfast. 15 min walking distance from the Vatikan. Excellent location. Although, hard to find the hotel, you need a map. Once you find it, its perfect

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic: two minute walk from the Vatican and easy access to subway Ottaviano. The neighborhood is very cosy, with a good pizzeria just across the street. The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. Our room was spacious, beautifully renovated and above all very clean. Our only "complaint" could be that our room was straight across from the breakfast room, so every morning we woke up to the sound of people talking, entering and leaving breakfast. Also, the cleaning lady starts to clean very early (around 8 a.m.) and regularly knocks on your door even though the "do not disturb"-sign is up. Despite this, however, I enjoyed our stay at Gravina Rooms very much and would recommend it to anyone.
