Great location. However, communication was not great. We were told we could store our luggage but could not. One of the fans was not working, hot water stopped working, showers were not in great condition.

Federico was a great host. He was friendly and knew English. We communicated by email and by phone. We had a problem with the key in the door to the apartment but that was our fault. We finally figured out that it was the big green key that looked like a car key. The old key originally worked but after the made left it stopped working. The location was fabulous. Very near to Campo di Fiori with lots of restaurants and Trastevere with lots more restaurants and cute streets. The apartment was clean and spacious and we loved it.
