The historic market of Porta Portese characterizes the neighborhood Sundays (just 200mt). Area full of services well connected to the center (e.g. Piazza Venezia in just 10 minutes with tram number 8). The Rome Trastevere station is 500 meters away with the possibility of a direct train to Fiumicino airport, San Pietro is one train stop away and the port of Civitavecchia is also easily accessible. A short distance away is the characteristic nightlife of Testaccio, Trastevere and Campo De Fiori with clubs of all kinds. Near the house various restaurants, hosterias, bars, clinic and hospital, cinema with multiplexes, theaters, banks, supermarkets or discount stores. Two splendid parks of Rome are easily reachable, namely villa doria panphili and villa sciarra. It will not be possible to smoke in the house. Pets are not allowed. I INFORM that the Municipality of Rome imposes on tourists and non-residents a tourist tax of € 3.50 per day per person for the first 10 days. Children under 10 are exempted from paying it. This, please, will have to be settled upon arrival.
