This is an ensuite room with a shared kitchen. We self checked in. Convenient. Immediately across the street from Rome Termini, yet quiet. A very diverse population w ethnic restaurants. Given a unique code to all doors. Elevator up, 4th floor. Simple ,brightly painted large room with nice small bathroom. Black out shutters + curtains. Comfortable beds. A comfortable shared kitchen well supplied with basic condiments, microwave, fridge, stove/oven. Reliable archaic PC available with printer. Everyone who worked here was responsive. Wifi went down (workers in bldg) at 8pm someone to fix in less than 20 minutes. Laundry done for 6 euros. Cavour, Nazionale, within 5 minute walk. Most buses begin or end at Termini. Metro station less than 5 minutes when you want to go to Piazza del Popolo, Trastevere and Vatican. Not fancy. Busy neighborhood I felt safe in. But I am NYC. Not a beautiful neighborhood; but EVERYTHING you could possibly want within minutes with helpful, supportive employees. The convenience for maneuvering a major city with ease would be hard to beat, especially at this price point.

We had a brilliant stay at this hotel, couldn't fault it. We loved the location, spacious room, lovely staff and the shared kitchen was an added bonus. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to family who want to visit Rome.

A good enough little place to stay! Right across from the train station which was perfect for us. Great pizza place near by for a quick meal. About 30 min walk to pantheon area then an hour to Vatican. Good enough little place for our quick trip!

Walking distance from Rome Termini. Room is compact enough for short stays or not too many bags of luggage. Bathroom shower a little bit claustrophobic (very small). Didn't saw any staff at late afternoon arrival or early departure. City taxes had to be left in CASH inside safety box.

The property was extremely unique. It was a little outdated but it was clean and well kept. The location was convenient being close to the train station if you need that but it was also pretty dirty in that area

It was our perfect choice for for the last night in Rome as we needed quick and easy access to Rome's Termini Station. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even more pleasant.
