Our stay in Rome was absolutely amazing from start to finish! We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and personally shown to our floor, where everything was clearly and thoroughly explained. Each morning, breakfast snacks were thoughtfully replenished, which was a lovely touch. Our host went above and beyond by sharing great local restaurant recommendations, making it easy to enjoy authentic Roman cuisine. The location was perfect — just a 6-minute walk to the Vatican and within a scenic 30–40 minute walk to many of Rome’s top attractions. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay — we would absolutely return!

One of the best B&B properties I've ever been, Sara the manager is highly reliable and always contacts us constantly. I would recommend this place to anyone that's visiting Vatican area cause it's really close and walkable.

The hotel contacted me to arrange airport pickup. After picking me up late, I was then dropped at a locked hotel and left in the pouring rain. The proprietor said they would get there in a few hours. At this point we had no choice but to find another hotel.

After they change the address two days before we departure in Rome and send an message saying that is no problem for late check in, Friday we received another message saying that the check in is 20€. We stayed 20 minutes in front of the propriety when we arrived because no one answer the inter phone.

I could boo this hotel in the morning when I was supposed to stay. But when I arrived, I needed to wait for an hour although it was supposed to open for check in. When the front lady came, I was told the hotel rooms weren’t available because of the electricity issues. The lady took me to other hotel with poor quality. Although the pricing was lower, she didn’t pay me back the difference. The other hotel was so dirty... smell was so bad..

The location was good. The hotel was near Vatikan and at a walking distance to Colosseum etc. (if you like to walk) and not far from metro station. Yet the neighbourhood was at a quiet location. Our room window (french balcony) opened to the inner ward, so no traffic noice at all came inside. The hotel was modest, but clean and it had what we needed at a reasonable price. The reception is not allways open. The staff was frienly and gave us advice (good restaurants, show places) about Roma.

Great location, average room

This is more a room in an apartment block than a hotel, there are 3 rooms and no staffed reception desk. This is important as despite arranging arrival time in advance there was no one present to let us in on our arrival which was early evening. We rang a contact number but waited around an hour outside the apartment as due to traffic it took the owners a long time to get to us. This was not a great start! On arriving, the owners were very nice. They gave us some useful local information and were friendly. The room is located less than 2 minutes from a metro station somis easy to get to from termini station in central rome. This is also the nearest metro to Vatican city and so the location is ideal for exploring the sights in this area. Compared to much of Rome, especially in this location, the cost was reasonable. The room was small but had necessary facilities including reasonable free wifi connection. The room was noisy however, with very thin walls meaning we could hear a lot of activity from neighbouring rooms / corridors. Overall, this is a well located reasonably priced hotel but quality is at best average and check-in for us was frustrating.

Great location, hreat people, very clean

I highly recommend this property. It is quaint (only three rooms) and you get great personal service. It is very clean. The room is well provisioned (TV, Refrigerator, Tea Pot for hot water). The location could not be better as it is very close to the Metro Line, several bus lines, and only a few blocks from the Vatican. Many places to eat in the area and there is ever a little shop for picking up necessities just a few doors down.

Nice hotel close to the Vatican

Great experience. Stayed for 4 nights. Extremely convenient location. 10 minutes from Vatican. 30 minutes walk to Pantheon. Only potential downside was the thin walls. We had generally good neighbors, but your experience would totally depend upon the people in the next room.

Very good adequate hotel.

Very good clean & adequate hotel close to metro & the Vatican. The only thing is It's kinda hard to find in the beginning because there's no sign outside that says DREAM CITY HOTEL. The hotel is inside the flat and it would say Dream City on flat # 1. If I come to Rome next time I would stay here again.

Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich in Ordnung und sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Allerdings ist ein unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer gewesen (evtl. Abwasserrohr), der sich leider auch in unserer Bekleidung festgesetzt hat. Ansonsten ist die Lage gut, viele Dinge sind fussläufig erreichbar und die Metro ist gerade um die Ecke. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und der Service (Abholung vom Flughafen) hat gut geklappt.
