Cleanliness was unacceptable. Stains on the linens, strange substances on the walls and furnishings. Everything in the room that was metal was rusted. We went to another hotel, never got a refund.

Filthy carpets. Walls that looked as though they’d never been wiped down. The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke (non smoking room) and BO. There were holes in the bathroom wall. We left 5 minutes later.
