Easy to reach entrance to the condominium, in the enclosed courtyard there are parking spaces (on request for 10eur/night). The building has a lift.

Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible. On request, I can gladly order a reliable shuttle from the airport which costs less than a normal taxi. The proximity of the station of San Pietro is certainly very advantageous for connections to the airport and Termini station. Noise sensitive people might feel disturbed. A tourist tax must be paid to the City Council of Rome it's 6,00 EUR per guest per night, to be paid directly through Airbnb during the online booking process. parking is possible upon request for 10eur per day (limited availability). to be paid upon arrival. smoking allowed only on the balcony with the door nearly closed so that the smoke cannot enter the room. please be careful not to lock yourself out by closing completely the balcony door as it won't open from outside!

Free parking upon request. Right by San Pietro train station. Bus no. 64 takes you comfortably to Termini train station, and to all major sights.
