Staff were efficient, we liked being able to leave the key so we didn’t have to worry about losing it while we were out. Room was really clean and the location was absolutely perfect for us. Right next to the Colosseum which was a beautiful place to sit in the evenings, 20 minutes by foot from Termini station and less than 10 minutes to walk to the BEST sandwich shop.

The hotel is located right across the street from the Colosseum so it makes it easy to navigate most of the city. Many restaurants and shops around or walking distance. The hotel is very basic but it’s clean and offers the basic necessities if you’re looking for something a little bit more posh, this is not the place for you, but if you’re just looking for a place to lay your head, that’s clean and comfortable than it checks the boxes. There are no elevators so if you have a lot of luggage you do have to carry them up flight of steps all in all it’s great and can’t complain too much about it. The staff took really good care of me was very friendly and there’s 24 hour staff available.

4 floors with luggage and no elevator was a bit much. The staff did help though. They were very helpful with taxis and information. Very pleasant too. VERY well positioned in the ancient town.

Perfect place for anyone who is eager to explore Rome. Everything is in the walking distance, subway is next door for longer trips, restaurants with the view on the Coliseum. Great place to stay in the heart of Rome. This was our first trip there and to be able to wake up to a view of the Colosseo everyday is amazing. Very clean, staff are helpful and you have easy access to everything, many things are within walking distance. There are a few hidden gems for breakfast and evening meals on the streets behind the property which are priced well and serve fantastic food and coffee. The only small issue is that the bar underneath tends to stay open until 2am and you can slightly hear the music, but we we’re directly above the bar and it didn’t bother us (when we were home before 2am at least). Great little authentic spot right in the heart of Rome, we’ll definitely be back.

The hotel itself is nicer than it seems it is online. The front desk is available 24 hours, which is rare for Italy. They let us check our bags at 9 am and check in at 10- which is super nice. There are no elevators and they don’t help you bring up your bag, so be prepared to carry your bag to the third floor . However, the room was nice and the bathroom was too. The location is incredible!!! It’s loud at night, but what do you except for being in such a prime location? Definitely recommend
