Overall ok, great location.

The location is excellent. Literally 2 minutes walk from the colosseum, which also means the metro is on your doorstep. You can walk to many attractions e.g. Trevi fountain or jump on the metro or buses if traveling further afield. The staff were friendly when comumunicating with us. The little kitchen is handy with all utensils and such so you can make breakfast and keep juice etc. there is a supermarket about 1 minute away. It’s very quiet even being so central. This is not a hotel. There is no reception. This means getting clean towels is pretty much impossible which is ok if you are only there a couple of nights but longer and you would need to phone and it’s not clear if you can get clean towels. The shower isn’t the best. The bed was ok, comfy mattress but the frame itself didn’t feel the most stable. The place was clean but the duvet cover, although smelled fresh, did have a stain on it which made it look unclean so it would have been better if that had been replaced. Overall, it was fine, great location and ok for a short break.

Fácil acesso a todos os principais pontos turístic

Domiciana simpática e disponível para ajudar. Tive que pagar taxa de limpeza e impostos, achei caro para mim que sou brasileira, € 63 euros. Localização ótima, grudado no Coliseu e metrô. A região é suja e estranha, estávamos eu e minha filha, mas não senti perigo, nos sentimos seguras. Carrefour Express perto e atendeu nossas necessidades. Apartamento limpo, sem problemas, mas o cheiro de mofo do armário da cozinha incomodou um pouco. Roupas de cama e banho limpas e de qualidade. No geral gostei e voltaria, não tive problema. Só precisam arrumar a tampa do vaso que está quebrada, limpar os armários periodicamente para tirar os produtos vencidos e amenizar o cheiro de mofo. Indico para pessoas que querem praticidade, localização e preço. Grazie Domiciana ;)
