The apartment was beautiful and super clean. Very nicely decorated! Great location and walking distance to landmarks. Cute cafe right around the corner. Great communication from Gian. Easy check in! Was glad there was a lift so we didn’t have to carry our luggage up the steps! Two beautiful patios with all around city views! But then we had some issues. The air in the back bedroom did not work. The toilets did not flush totally everytime, low pressure. The first night we lost power. We had no lights, could not flush toilets, no air, no shower, no ability to cook or no coffee. No WiFi to contact Gian. Left the apartment and had to go to a cafe to contact landlord. He had us go back to the apartment and flip the breaker switch. We lost a lot of time that day because of this. Then next night lost power again. Woke up again no lights, air etc. Used phone flashlight to find breakers and flip again. Everything came on but as I was taking a shower in the upstairs bathroom the water totally just stopped coming out. I was not able to rinse the shampoo out of my hair or condition it. Couldn’t finish my shower. This was a big problem as we were leaving Rome that morning and had to catch a taxi to the airport. I had written this same info to Gian and the actual owner as we were leaving Rome and have gotten no response.
