The apartment is on the third floor of a historic building without an elevator, and you have to climb 4 comfortable flights of stairs.



The interior is spacious and bright: the living room has a comfortable sofa, a single sofa bed, and a cozy dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing meals at home. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort. The master bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200) and a single bed, while the second bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160x200).



The 110 sq.m apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating, a washing machine, and a smart TV in every room. The modern and functional kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, oven, and cooktop, and is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and dining. Bed linen and towels are provided, with cleaning and linen change services available upon request.



Thanks to its central location, guests can easily explore the city\'s main tourist attractions on foot. The apartment is also ideal for remote work, with a reliable internet connection that allows for productive and stress-free work.



The tourist tax is 6 euros per person per night (applicable to children aged 10 and above) and must be paid upon arrival, except for bookings made through platforms where the tax is already included.
