Child friendly B&B. Very kind staff and comfortable nice designed clean room with bathroom inside. We stayed a few nights and enjoyed the location and area. Its easily to reach by Metro or Bus. Very practical when you travel with kids is a shared fridge and microwave in the lobby, an elevator for the trolly and a playground in the nearby park. All you need around like supermarkets and good eat & drink locations frequented by locals. Its a city area not so crowded. Optimal location to relax from sightseeing.

We were here for 1 night, but we wanted to stay here for a lot more days. The room was very nice and also very clean. We had a small balcony but large enough for 2 people. We had to share the bathroom with 2 other persons, but that was no problem. The owner of the B&B was very kind and helpfull, showed us our room and gave us some information about breakfast and the other facilities we had. We would love to come back here!:)

I would never recommend this hotel or its staff to anyone!!!! I had arranged with the hotel for airport transfer for the 4 of us she turned up in 2dr car that only seated 3 people so we had to squash 3 of us in the back' most uncomfortable 40min ride ever!!! When questioned she said well this is all we have! I had a booking for 4 people but was placed in a room for 3 with 2 beds taped together one on top of the other as bunk beds!!! The website stated that all rooms come with a kettle and tea and coffee well there was nothing, so when I asked I was provided a kettle that was broken when I tilted it to pour the boiling water out, the lid fell off which caused the water to splash and I burnt my face. When I told the receptionist she never even asked how I was just took the kettle away so when I asked for another she bought out another which was all dirty inside. When I pointed out that I had burnt my face her reply was well you have booked via Expedia so you can take it up with them I just work here! There was an air con heater in our room which constantly leaked water and every morning we woke up to a puddle in the room. The shower only had hot water for 10 mins then was ice cold! The breakfast was in a cafe down the road with the most arrogant members of staff that were so unhelpful all you got is a croissant and a coffee not even a smile! The room was never cleaned whilst we were there and had to empty bins ourselves, towels were only changed because we asked for them to be changed! The receptionist only spends a couple of hours a day there the rest of the time the hotel is unmanned so you're stuck if you need assistance as there is no one there, you are given keys to external doors to get in and out. No one was there for us to check out so we just had to leave the keys in our room and leave. Rome is a beautiful place but this hotel ruined my holiday!!!!

I stayed in the room "Monuments of Rome" - the location "Life In Rome" very close to the metro station "Furio Camillo". The location is very good, you can easily reach the most points of attraction. Everything is clean, welcoming, comfortable: exactly what you need after a day crossed the city on foot. And especially, Ms. Alina, a welcoming host and nice, helped us with everything we needed. Thank you very much, Fam. Fotin (Braila, Romania)

We stayed in the 'Camera della Musica' room and it is HUGE. So much space, it was just wonderful! The lady who was working and checked us in was also super great, so nice and accommodating. Our room was even ready for an early check-in which again was just awesome. They also had one of the best WiFi's that we came across! There is a major bus stop and a stop for the metro just a couple blocks down the street. We stopped for the coffee & croissant both mornings at the little cafe when we were there as it was on the way to the metro. If you are wanting more for breakfast and/or snacks there is a 24hour market: Carrefour Market, right across the street! There is lots of restaurants around however we never tried any of them since we always ate in the city. Thank you so much for the great stay!

We stayed here for 4 nights after being given the room following a family member cancelling. We arrived by taxi and then taken to another building about 2kms further into town, the owner pushed an upgrade on us so we would have a private bathroom rather than a shared one. On arrival at the apartment block we were taken up to a 4th floor apartment, and shown our room, a shared kitchen, and our private bathroom which was across the corridor from our room. The room was spacious and clean, with a kettle and couple of tea bags. The owner explained that breakfast was in a local cafe 200 m down the road, which would consist of a coffee and a couisant. We explored the area for something to eat and found plenty of snack bars selling pizza etc also a nice restaurant 100m over the main road from the metro station. This proved to our regular eating place in the evening, as it's a local restaurant for the locals at the local prices. After our first day out we came back to find the room had not been serviced, nor the towels changed. The facility has wifi, which is vey good, our room had a TV, and access to a shared balcony. The hotel will also take you to the airport if you have an early flight as the metro does not start until 6 and we had to be at the airport for 07:10 flight. On checking out, we were presented a bill for the upgrade that was forced on us for €30. Would I stay there again, yes, purely on the location and local restaurants. Woud I recommend it, well it is very good value and you get what you pay for, so buyer beware.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this place! Right by the metro! Next to a small pizza place which was delicious! By many places to shop or eat and bank machines! Worth every euro! Wonderful staff that was friendly and very attentive! We will stay again if we visit Rome again! We will recommend to family and friends!

Our room accommodated 4 guests, and it was a very spacious room. Even though, we had a private external bathroom that only we could use, we had to go outside of the room to access it. It was not a deal breaker, but good for others travelers to know. The staff was nice(keep in mind that staff are not there most of the time). However, upon check-in ask information about the bus, trains, and a local map, and they will assist you with getting around Rome. The train and the bus station are close by. Our room was private, clean and comfortable, the only thing I would add is for better pillows. Overall, my family and I were satisfied with the hotel. You would feel more as if you are in an apartment complex, rather than a hotel, but it is not a bad thing. This type of accommodation is more for independent travelers. I stayed at this B&B for 2 days and we had no problems.

It is a private accommodation where you check in in one location but the actual apartment is 2 kilometers away. There is no free parking, maybe only if you are extremely lucky. It is better to use the nearby parking garage (price 15 € per day) Breakfast, if you can say so (only croissant and coffee) was in a bar 100 meters from the apartment. In the neighborhood: a lot of bars and shops, but it is very noisy at night. Metro Station (line A) is 200 meters away.

Nice, clean, comfortable and cheap hotel. Very good location, close to City Center - mestro station 150m, shop (Carefour) 100m. The only one "-" is poor breakfast in neighbour Cafe - coffee and croissant only.
