Este apartamento vacacional se encuentra en Via Mario de Fiori, justo junto a la esquina de la famosa calle Via Frattina y justo detrás de la escalera española. Tiene de unos 90 m2 y ha sido totalmente renovado y decorado con mucho gusto. Situado en la 3ra. planta SIN ascensor. Tenga en cuenta que los escalones son muy elevados y tendrá que subir el equipaje sin ayuda. Por la entrada llegará directamente a una especie de salón comedor. Aquí encontrará una cocina totalmente equipada y una mesa grande con sillones y para 8 personas. La cocina dispone de 2 placas eléctricas y de una nevera. Cubiertos y vajilla para 8 personas. Además dispondrá de 3 dormitorios, cada uno con baño y ducha. Cada habitación está equipada con una cama doble, un pequeño escritorio y un cajón. Una habitación también dispone de un sofá extraíble que sirve de cama doble, para ofrecer en total espacio para 8 personas.


Todo el apartamento dispone de WIFI y de aire acondicionado que funciona con aire caliente y frío.
Cada baño dispone de lavabo, WC, bidé, ducha y secador y cada habitación de una televisión pequeña.

No dispone de ascensor y es un 4 piso, no dispone de salon solo cocina.No tiene horno , ni microondas ,tampoco tiene lavadora .Los colchones son muy incomodos , te clavas los muelles .

Hemos estado tres parejas cuatro noches y todo estupendo Tres habitaciones cada una con su baño. El apartamento muy limpio. No dispone de salón común pero si de una cocina. Desde allí hemos podido realizar la mayoría de visitas a pie. Es un cuarto sin ascensor. Recomendable

Stayed 6 nights in mid April 2026. Excellent accommodation. Clean, bright, functional, comfortable beds, everything worked as advertised. Small-ish kitchen and dining room attached to 3 enormous bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, was perfect for me and my 2 adult children. Great location for walking the old city, and for some quiet away from the busyness of the core. Steps away from a plethora of restaurants and shops. Carlo was great, met us at check-in, showed us around the apartment, gave us some tips for the neighbourhood, met us at check-out, great communication from start to finish. 3 flights of stairs were not a problem for us, but might be for those with mobility challenges.My only critique is the lack of a tea kettle - we used a cooking pot to boil water.Thank you for a lovely stay. Would definitely look to stay here again on a return to Rome.

Great location, super clean, super communication! Perfect choice for multiple couples traveling together. We would have used a microwave if available but all other perks made this a great choice. Note to owner... corner mounted soap/shampoo dishes for showers would be a great addition! For others booking this... bring your own suction cup mounted one! The showers are small, approx 28" (70 cm) square, bending over to pick up soap, razor, shampoo is not fun! Also noteworthy: 60 steps to apartment.

Good location. Very near the Spanish steps. Mattress was not very good. Thin and pokey springs. Showers were very small. Difficult to bend and wash lower body. A/C was good. No lift. Stairs were very steep made for some struggle getting in. Much better when going down. Unit was very clean. Very friendly check in assistant.

What a great place to stay! We walked everywhere and really enjoyed the apartment. Air conditioned and clean. Brigitte and Carlos were so helpful and we appreciated the transfers they arranged for us. We would love to stay there again!

Awesome apt

We loved our stay. The owner Carlo was so kind. He met us upon arriving and at check out.The apt was very clean. We had plenty of space for 6 adults. It had AC. It was very close to shopping,restaurants the Spanish steps, and Trevi Fountain. We would definitely recommend this apt and we will re-book next time we’re in Rome.

The location was excellent and the communication with the host was excellent but the place was basic for what we paid. Doesn’t cater to all travellers. There was hand soap and nothing else. We have experienced other stays where there were nice touches like shower gel, shampoo, water in the fridge etc.

Great Location, Excellent Host

This apartment was in a great location as we were about 3 minutes from the Spanish Steps and 7 minutes from Trevi Fountain. The host was amazing and communicated promptly before and during our stay. They even helped with arranging a car service to pick us up from the airport, making our arrival that much easier. If you are looking for a place that is in the city center, clean and convienient this is your place.

Wonderful Visit to Rome

We had a wonderful stay in Rome at this apartment. It is in an excellent location. We had everything we needed and were able to grab groceries around the corner. The owner helped us to get a car from the airport (Thank you!) which made it very easy to get to the apartment. We would highly recommend the VRBO for the location, cleanliness, ease of communication with the owner and convenience.

Roman holiday

We spent a week touring Rome with the family. This is a great central location with easy access to the metro and plenty of restaurants. The neighborhood is lively into the night and wakes early opening shops and bars. Bring earplugs and masks to help to get some sleep.
