The apartments have been completely refurbished and are located in the center of Rome, a stone's throw from Piazza del Popolo and the Spanish Steps. In a few minutes on foot you can reach all the main attractions. The area is very characteristic with alleys, restaurants and street artists. Ideal to see and experience the climate of Rome.

In the house there is a very fast WIFI internet connection (fiber optic), double glazing in the fixtures for greater sound insulation, air conditioning and independent heating.

APARTMENT 2:
Very large property located on the second floor with lift. The apartment is composed of two living areas (in the living area where the kitchen is located there is also a comfortable double sofa bed), Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with normal oven, microwave oven and Nespresso machine, 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, one with a double bed and a single armchair bed. 3 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub. In the house there is a very fast WIFI internet connection (fiber optic), double glass in the windows for greater sound insulation, air conditioning and independent heating.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 4.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms and a dining area. While the description is correct and we did have all the beds, it was a bit difficult to figure out which rooms belonged to which apartment and how to best split up our people. We also did not have hot water in our second apartment, but the host responded quickly and fixed it the next day. 2 sinks did clog as well one in each apartment and while one did get fixed, the other did not. I also had asked for extra towels, but never received them. I think it's important to note that these apartments are true living conditions and not hotels. So problems are expected as it's up the the property manager to maintain them after each stay. The location was perfect though as it was only a 10 min walk from the Spanish Steps! You're right by the Piazza del Popolo and the Metro stop there. I would recommend this property again especially since they also had an elevator to help with suitcases.
