On the ground floor, the large living room with piano, library, home cinema, and games room, two dining rooms, and spacious, fully equipped kitchen will provide you with unforgettable moments of togetherness and quieter, more personal moments. Our books, DVDs, board games, and children's games will bring you happy family moments.
Upstairs, the six large bedrooms will welcome you with beds already made upon your arrival, complemented by two shower rooms and two bathrooms. Three cribs are available in addition to the 12 adult beds.
You will be in a peaceful natural setting, in the heart of a century-old one-hectare park offering sunny spaces and the cool shade of tall trees. Children can play there in complete safety. Several sets of garden furniture and a barbecue promise lively evenings!
The house is ideally located, 15 minutes by car from Clermont-Ferrand, but also with direct access to the Chaîne des Puys hiking trails on foot from the front of the house.
