Great Stay the hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and great to work with. We will stay again any time we are back in Rolla.

needs remodel. Even the electrical outlets did not work. Bathroom smelled bad. Beds were comfortable. Don't stay here.

There was black mold in the bathroom, the beds were like springs covered with a blanket, the towels were dingy and stained. The room had a very musty odor to it. I had reservations for 2 nights. I only stayed 1. I asked for a refund for the second night and they refused. I wouldn't let my dog sleep there! I went to the Super 8 in St. Robert, They were wonderful!

Hotel manager was confused about [...] Reservation, refused to accept proof of pre-payment, and ran my credit card twice. Ended up getting double-charged for the hotel. Bed was comfortable with ample blankets and pillows and the room was spaceous for the price; however, bathroom lights were constantly flickering, the paint on the walls of the bathroom was peeling and moldy, and the grout in the tub was peeling and moldy. Overall, very unimpressed. Have stayed in worse places; however, would not stay here again.

A good, clean and decent room at a very good price. Owners were pleasant and helpful. No pool, no coffee-maker, no frills but a nice price for a quick stay.

Were visiting family at base close by rolla when it was in the high 90's. We only needed to stay for one night to sleep & shower. This was the only motel we could find close, with vacancy & cheap. This is an old Motel 8. The only problem was the air was not on when we got to the room and was very hot. It took it awhile to get cool. This is an ok place for a night sleep & dont mind old linens, beds & pillows. Not a place if you want to stay for a long period of time or want more modern. We didn't dare try the breakfast. Figure if the room did not have any money spent on it, sure the breakfast wouldnt be that great! We went down to the local McDee's. It is close to the highway! Would only recommond if looking for cheap!

We stayed at this hotel to be close to a hospital where a loved one was cared for. Only 3 blocks from the hospital which made it excellent. Well lit which was excellent for a single woman who came in late at night. Alot of traffic noise but otherwise hotel was fairly quiet. We weren't there alot, mostly only came back to it to sleep. The free breakfast was alittle on the cheap side also, but otherwise it was comfortable and we felt fairly safe there. Bed was comfortable, overall cleanliness was above average.

The hotel is older but clean. The staff was quite friendly and allowed us to check in early since a room was available. The hotel caters to a large amount of one night stays for road travelers and construction crews and they placed us well away from the disruptions of these individuals since we were there for a military graduation and were staying three nights. Pricing was very reasonable for the area. Restaurants and shopping were nearby and location was convenient to I-44, although construction was making I-44 difficult to use.

Lights by bed did'nt work - - plug had shorted out & wire was broke and plug was still stuck in socket. They reset the breaker after plug was removed, then I had light over the vanity sink. The tub had a soap scumb ring around it and no shower curtain. The second day the light by the bed was repaired and a shower curtain was installed but the soap scumb still was there.
