A lovely family friendly semi-detached house with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms all with air conditioning and all rooms are on one level.

The living room is equipped with air conditioning, Wifi, Satellite TV and has a fire place, fitted with a gas fire.

Very well equipped through out and situated on a good size corner elevation, with a covered balcony, a large covered gazebo area, children's pool and BBQ area.

There is safe off road parking and the house is just 25 meters from the large communal swimming pool, within well maintained gardens.

All local amenities are a few minutes by car and there is a championship golf course and Aqua Park approximately 5 minutes by car. An ideal property for a family vacation.

The property will be supplied with linen for each bed and 2 towels per guest.

Pets may be allowed upon request depending on the type, size and number. Please note that additional charges may be applicable.
