Spread over two floors, the property features a living room, a kitchen, four bedrooms, one bathroom, and a guest toilet, accommodating up to ten guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. A baby cot and high chair are also available. The house offers a private outdoor area with an open terrace and two balconies.



Public transport is within walking distance. The ski bus stops right at the house and is free for skiers. The property is 5 km from the Karspitzbahn mid-station and 4 km from the Rosenalmbahn Zell im Tal amusement park.
