Ramada Roanoke

Okay Hotel

It was a decent and fairly clean hotel. The outside and the rooms are a little old but with some maintenance and fresh painting will come back to live. The breakfast were good and in par with other more expensive hotels.

Econo Lodge Civic Center

Very nice place to stay

very large, clean rooms with refrig. and microwave, a coffee maker in room and hair dryer. a large flat screen with all the cable channels. we had two large beds in the room and everything was clean and the beds were conferrable. carpets were clean with no stains or burn marks. we stayed in a down stairs smoking room and it did not smell bad from the smoke. The staff was super friendly and any thing we asked for they gave us. The place was very quiet and easy to sleep. the breakfast was ok for a free breakfast nothing special. it is kind of hard to get in and out of the place as its on a very busy street with heavy traffic but its one block from the highway. Oh and yes they are pet friendly !!

Holiday Inn Roanoke - Valley View

Weekend Getaway

My boyfriend and I were in town for the Cirque du Soliel show. This location was perfect. Easy access to the interstate made a trip to the civic center a piece of cake. Downtown was not much further. The hotel was perfect. The room was great, not cramped at all. The staff was friendly, just nothing amazing. The restaurant downstairs was great and although we didn't use the pool it looked amazing and well kept up. He and I agreed that we will definitely keep this hotel in mind the next time we visit Roanoke.
