Staff so friendly and the property was VERY clean. Stayed one night ahead of going to Virginia Tech (30 minutes away). Breakfast was grab and go with plenty of options.

Basically, I take a number of business trips to the area and that is a great location and convenient off the highway. It’s always welcoming and quiet after the work day.

Fire Alarm!

The hotel itself was nice, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast mainly consisted of prepackaged items, which was fine but a bit limited. Unfortunately, the biggest issue—and what really affected the stay—was the multiple false fire alarms going off throughout the night. I only managed about four hours of sleep. The next morning, I had some breakfast and was able to go back to sleep comfortably without any more interruptions until checkout.

Fire alarm

Fire alarm went off multiple times throughout the night starting at 1 AM. We eventually walked down from the 3rd floor with my daughter on crutches. Checking out when asked how we were and responding fed very tired we only got a smile, no apology for the inconvenience.
