Orbitz nor the Hampton Inn, wouldn’t move me to the correct hotel, cancel my reservation, in order to free up the room for another customer. Why: • Both Orbitz and the Hampton Inn, would not correct the error because it was 3rd Party mobile application that was used for the booking. Dumbness stupidity! Result: • I ended up eating a $134.00 charge to my Card • Having lost an Orbitz customer of 14 years and gotten a 1 in Customer Service • The Hampton Inn lost money by not freeing up the room for another customer . I will just stick with the IHG hotels and customer service

Took great care to clean room in the Covid era. Felt very comfortable.

For the simple overnight stay, this place was great. Very comfortable bed, ample bathroom space. Ample room space. Very easy place to relax and unwind for the night.

I wish they would have provided a complimentary breakfast.

Hotel Breakfast was not complementary so we chose to eat elsewhere.

For a hotel that was new it lacked a lot. The maid staff rude. Slipping noted under the door saying the room could not be cleaned at 930 am then not having room cleaned by noon. Also the refrigerator in my room was noisy. I asked if they could change it they offered a new room stating no one was avaialable to change it. However they expected me to lug all of my belongings to another room at 11pm at night. We agreed to unplug the fridge and nothing was ever done about it. The pool and hot tub left a bad impression as they looked old rusty and dirty.

I have stayed severakl times. I like the staff and the facility. Nice restaraunt.

A little hard to find, but once it is located it became a very nice stay. Rooms and beds are very comfortable, lobby is very nice - overall a very nice stay. Disappointed in the fact that there is no continental breakfast included - although there is an option to purchase a full breakfast. For an early departure, a full breakfast is not always a travelers first choice, but there was no choice. Would be nice if they offered a simple continental breakfast with coffee and sweet buns until 8:00 AM. Would stay there again without hesitation.

bathroom not clean.....stains on wallpaper. not enough towels. the people working at the front desk at both check in and check out did their job but didn't go that extra bit to seem liked they cared. would recommend only because of location to interstate.

The hotel was fine, however the bathroom needed much more attention. I traveled with my 18 y/o nephew who fell in love with the smell of the shampoo and lotion.
