Only stayed one night, but it was a great place. Friendly staff, great pool and wonderful breakfast. Salem had a lot of dinning options.

I stayed there for an entire week visiting family and it was convenient to everywhere. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with the kids and breakfast was very well done every morning. We will definitely be staying there on future trips.
A bit run-down and in need of an update.
This property was very nice. The rooms were clean, the lobby was spacious and the indoor pool and hot tub were inviting. The only negative was the night associate who checked me in. She was not welcoming at all, but eventually after talking a bit she was nicer. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Unfortunately we booked a room for six people and when we went to bed the pull out couch was broken only giving us enough beds for four people, there solution was to move rooms which would have been okay if our young children weren’t already asleep so our solution was to sleep on the floor which is gross in a hotel room, there was a bug in our shower, and wall next to the shower was rotting. This hotel needs a major upgrade. The staff was friendly.

I reserved a room with 2 Q beds and 42inch tv. Got 2 double beds snd tiny tv. Vending and ice vacant. And hotel clerk was lacking in customer service. Young kd. Needs coaching

Liked the hot tub. Didn't like that our room lock was malfunctioning. The card would light green but would have to do it about 10 times just to get it to open.
Very accessible and staff was excellent. Property was close to anything we might have needed. Very clean and we will stay there again if time comes.
