The renovated king room we were in was one of the nicest I've seen. The new, modern decor is lovely. They have tucked away the microwave and mini fridge behind a modern closet. Also, I wish all Marriott properties had the great lighting that this room had. I could read easily everywhere in the room (unlike the Marriott Ocean Watch Resort in Myrtle Beach, where you have very faint lights). Courtyards offer a bistro where you can purchase drinks and food -- no free breakfast. We will definitely stay here again!

Good - Our room had wonderful new beds that were very comfortable and new carpet. Efficient and friendly check-in. Bad - The bathroom was not so great - like lipstick on a pig. The spigot looked like it had been repaired many times and I wasn't sure it would make it through my shower. Lots of caulk holding it all together. It needed a real refurbishment. Big marks/divots in the walls of the room. The a/c in the room was loud and rattled when it changed temps all night long, reminded me of very old school units in motels/hotels. The elevator desperately needed to be cleaned (the carpet was nasty). We did not stay long, but I would probably choose another hotel next time I am going through here even though I have gold status with Marriott.

Dashanna and the team at front have the warmest, friendliest greeting. Although no free breakfast at the courtyard, the coffee and meal was excellent and professionally done. I was disappointed in the room, although clean. Calulking the bath not done professionally, and rusted covers on the toilet shutofs. I tried to find an email, but Marriott doesnt put on their websites. a negative. Also, never received a review request email after traveling...

Very nice staff!! My daughter lost the back to her earring - the person at the front desk offered to give the one off her earring! The room was nice and clean. We were on the back of the hotel - it was quiet.

Yes, this is an oldie but goodie Courtyard -- but the emphasis here is on goodie. Fitness room with free weights and a scale... laundry room (4 quarters per wash and per dry)... screened windows that open for a breeze... the most fantastic housekeeping crew in the whole chain (whatever you need, they've got and with a smile)... friendly staffers like the wonderful DeShanna who not only got us in early but into a Marriott Platinum-upgraded room that was so perfect (wet bar, giant TVs, balcony). Thank you again, DeShanna!

From A Loyal, Marriott Platinum Member; Used mobile app to confirm checkin around 10am same day. Arrived 7pm(Mar17), nobody at Front Desk.....waited 5min for staff member to come from his social outside. No apology, but very pleasant during checkin. The room was made up, but still had empty food wrappers, toiletries and a used razor on the counter. Back down to front desk.....where the front desk guy growns that they are fully booked. After 5min he says, of....last room and its upgrade. Sorry for the trouble. Get to new room, I see the Handicap symbol ( which is OK, but we should have been told, because the rooms are different ). It was not an upgrade, standard room. Roll in shower, with both a wall mounted and portable shower seat. And, a hand held shower head mounted 3feet off the floor. I could have accepted the room, if presented honestly telling me; sorry Sir, this is the only room we have left, instead of being told it was an Upgrade and then being placed into a Std room where I couldn't even take a shower.....and all that after coming from a dirty room. Worst Marriott exp in over 5 yrs.

We wanted to stay here on our trip from NJ to FL. When we went to check in we were told the elevator was broke and no rooms on the first floor. No offer of help with luggage or rate discount. Would not go here again. We ended up at Hilton across the street.

Spent three nights while traveling to New England. After a long drive the rooms are very comfortable, quite and the restaurant in house has great selections. There are two restaurants within walking distance if you wish to dine out.

Employees are Friendly and helpful. The rug was stained there were marks on wall. The beds were very uncomfortable. Not your typical courtyard. Just need a refurb. Location is good walking distance to restaurants

First the black mold in the shower was gross. The stains on the floor near the toilet could have been even more gross. The ceiling over the bed was cracked. The shower enclosure was cracked badly. Overall the room was nothing to brag about. We were given a free breakfast and that was very good.
