Noisy. We were across elevator music on all night. We had kids in room above us who thought they were in an amusement park. Jumping off bed BOOM Running from ine end of room to the other BANG BANG BANG!! Called guest services no one ever answered. Responded to email they sent me if I needed anything to let them know. They responded sorry for delay someone will be in touch with you shortly...never were.

Staff was kind, however our room was not clean. There were long strands of hair in the bed and possible fecal matter on the wall and floor of the bathroom. We asked to change rooms and they were very accommodating, but it definitely left a bad taste. The amenities looked great, however, and breakfast smelled good the next day but we left too early to enjoy (it opened at 7AM).
