We arrived late but our room was available. We were checked in quickly…$30 extra for pet….room has no carpet so better if with a pet I guess….breakfast was late ..7:00 we were in a hurry to get on the road and prefers breakfast at 6;00 am…we would stay again on our trip north.
One of my worst hotel stays. Waited 10 minutes at the front desk for someone to show up for check in. Hot water only got lukewarm. House party started in the room next to mine and lasted from 1 AM to 3AM. Don’t stay here, you will regret it.

Everything was great....except for the customer service. It was a nice area with a bunch of food options within walking distance. However, we stayed there two nights because my son had a volleyball tournament about 20mins away. We arrived on a Friday around 9:30pm, and had to wait about 10-15mins before a front desk receptionist decided to show up. The stay was nice....until the next night on Saturday when we got back after the tournament and dinner. Again, we got back in around 9:30pm and our key card wasn't working, so we went to the front and this time we had to wait for close to 20-30mins before the front desk receptionist decided to show up. There was even another couple waiting about 5-10mins before us! If there is a 24hr service they provide, why isn't there at least two receptionists at the front desk? We tried the contact the customer support option on the website along with the other couple and that wasn't working either. My boyfriend even tried going to the Fairfield Inn next door, just to see if that might help...obviously it didn't. But yeah, the receptionist finally showed up after we were waiting all that time for him to say, "Unfortunately, there's only one person that mans the front and customers get upset for the wait."
All the staff were wonderful to us. Especially loved the morning breakfast and the ladies who prepared it were friendly and warm. Desk staff were quick, efficient and helpful too. The room is self was clean, comfortable, and the water pressure was delightful! We will use this hotel from now on when we travel back and forth on I 95! Prices were more than fair for the service and comfort here.

We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and we are extremely pleased. Friendly, very clean, great breakfast, but……..NO HOT WATER! Could not take a shower because the water in the shower even though I left it on for 10 minutes was still cold. The sink water was ice cold. In the elevator I asked another guest that was on the fourth floor if they had hot water and she said no.

Wonderful clean property to stay in. Staff with the exception of one person was phenomenal. Residence can be a little noisy it’s dog friendly and they always seem to bark extremely early in the morning but overall it’s a wonderful place to stay
