This home is excellent for families, hunters, or motorcycle enthusiasts!
The open living, kitchen, dining, and entry create a more spacious area that any cook appreciates. The walk-in pantry is an added bonus that will make entertaining and daily living more efficient! The split floor plan is perfect for privacy in the master suite. With six windows along the two exterior walls of the living room, you can enjoy beautiful outdoor views of birds, wildlife, and nature from the living room.

The outdoor living space is a perfect place for family and friends to gather.
A 2023 Pila Pool has shallow islands and interior perimeter bench seating.
Enjoy morning or evening coffee/beverages on the large back porch and cooking in the outdoor kitchen area. You might want to bring some extra chairs. The entire front and back yard is fenced to keep kids and pets safe during your stay. The outdoor play equipment, playhouse, and large slab can keep the little ones happy. The outdoor covered kennel can keep pets safe when owners are away from the home enjoying the hill country. Need to use the large shop for a project while you are in town? Please request shop access upon reserving property. Between the mature trees and the wildlife that makes it through the backyard, this home is a little piece of paradise!

Perfect place for our family! Was close enough to walk into town (about 10 minutes) and the property is awesome. Too cold to use the pool, but it was super clean and would be very fun to have for a stay during warmer months. Will definitely be back!
