With exceptional amenities such as 2 overlook decks, a 7-person hot tub, outdoor dining with motorized bay screens & fans, a propane fire bowl, along with plenty of indoor living space! This Villa offers 4 free parking spots with extra shared parking if needed!

$150 first pet • $100 each additional pet (non-refundable)
Please disclose pets when booking. Undisclosed pets: $200 non-refundable fee.

-Check-in after 3:00 PM • Check-out before 11:00 AM (unless paid for via guest portal)
-NO SMOKING INSIDE OF UNIT
-Please flush only toilet paper (no wipes, tampons, etc.)
-Do not use the wood counters as cutting boards – clean only with the provided solution
-Always turn off propane when not in use
-Keep the hot-tub cover on when not in use
-Return all furniture to its original place before checkout
-Host reserves the right to remove guests from the property, without refund and at host discretion, for any violation of these rules.
-Guests are fully responsible for any damage or missing items during their stay.

Amazing House in the hills

It was our home base for hiking. Nice to be out in nature then come back to some luxury to relax. The decks and hot tubs were perfect to relax in. All the amenities in the place were so convenient. Great communication with property managers as well. Would stay again on a heartbeat
