This luxurious brand new villa is nestled in the Heart of Hocking Hills overlooking Adamina Canyon. Experience a Colorado mountain villa right here in Ohio, while enjoying 100 acres of private serenity, vistas & picturesque landscape. With exceptional amenities such as 2 overlook decks, a 7-person hot tub, outdoor dining with motorized bay screens & fans, a propane fire bowl, along with plenty of indoor living space! This Villa offers 4 free parking spots with extra shared parking if needed!

A quick heads-up for winter stays: a few pergola features take a seasonal break. The fire ring, lights, fans, and patio furniture remain fully available for your enjoyment. All retractable screens will be closed for the season except the one that opens to the outdoor grill.

-Check-in after 3:00 PM • Check-out before 11:00 AM (unless paid for via guest portal)
-NO SMOKING INSIDE OF UNIT
-Please flush only toilet paper (no wipes, tampons, etc.)
-Do not use the wood counters as cutting boards – clean only with the provided solution
-Always turn off propane when not in use
-Keep the hot-tub cover on when not in use
-Return all furniture to its original place before checkout
-Host reserves the right to remove guests from the property, without refund and at host discretion, for any violation of these rules.

Beautiful vila located shortly away from hocking hills, awesome sights from the villa itself and driving to and from destinations. All in all a good trip.

Beautiful Retreat

House was absolutely perfect. It had everything that we needed for our 3 night stay. We hung out on the deck with the propane firepit. There is a mechanical screen the enclosesthe deck…perfect for protection of the elements, but you still feel like you are outside. The beds and linens were outstanding! We did day trips and then just chilled at night. Would definitely come back!
