Good hotel and worked well for our trip to Rock Springs. Breakfast was good and friendly staff.

The ice machine was right outside my door so it was so freaking noisy I never got any sleep. The elevator was making a popping noise, sounded like it was going to break. There was no hot water, sucks to take cold showers. Was the worse hotel stay I have ever experienced. It really really suck! The doors slamming the people outside my door getting ice, Was so noisy, between my 2 nights there, I think I got if lucky 3 hours of sleep. Was never so glad to get back home.
Quiet, accommodating. Do not, however, go to the Japanese restaurant down the road no matter how many people recommend it.

We weren’t told we would have to reserve the pool or that our family vacationing together in 3 rooms wouldn’t be able to utilize the pool together! Also no free breakfast that was advertised and no clean towels or anything! No blankets or sheets available for the fold out sofa bed either!! Less service should not mean paying the same or more!
A fairly new property, with a great location. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and more reasonably priced than other surrounding and less appealing properties.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pay perview didnt work which was a bummer but other than that no complaints. Room upgrade was very nice and appreciated. Will stay again.
