We stayed in a few hotels during our trip from CA to MI and back. This was the best stay we had the entire trip. Breakfast was great. They kept everything stocked and clean. We didn't get a chance to go enjoy it but did love the idea that adults get kid free time in the pool area.
Don't stay here if you have a vehicle bigger than a car. They say they have truck parking according to CLC. You will have notes on your door calling you names if you park next door as they instruct. We were put in s room close to elevator and next to ice machine. NO Slleep!! So loud all night.
My husband & I were on our way to the Bonneville Salt Flats and decided Rock Springs, WY would be a good stopping point. It was a pleasant hotel nestled in the scenic hills around Rock Springs. The room was clean and a very comfortable bed. Check-in & out was quick. Breakfast was included and was your typical in hotel continental breakfast.
Not much to remember about. OK rooms and hotel. Stayed only one night. Poor breakfast. Good rooms and pleasant stay nevertheless. Not much to do around there - just an overnight. Good choice if you are in this area.
I've stayed at other Comfort Inn & Suites, but this one surpasses them! This hotel was really nice!.Excellent breakfast; service and staff were wonderful! We definitely will stay here again! Room was clean and comfortable.
I forgot some important medication in the refridgerator when we left and Chris and Al played detective, calling the pharmacy and then my cell phone so we could come back for it. They even offered to overnight air it to me if we didn't want to double back. Really exceptional people. The hotel was good too. A nice stop on the way to the Grand Tetons.
If you HAVE to stay here, refuse room 203 and stay on the 1st floor. We stayed at comfort inn & suites (WY064) on 7/19/2017 When we arrived the desk person was on the phone and used hand signals to me for my credit card & id. She then put the form to initial & sign pointing at where I should sign. (No verbal greeting or instruction to me) We were given room 203. The elevator was not working. My husband is disabled & stairs are difficult for him. Melissa on the front desk attempted to get the elevator to work, but did not. We had to walk up the stairs & lug up our luggage. I should have asked for a room on the first floor, but all I heard from Melissa was that the hotel was sold out. Initially the room was ok. The WIFI was intermittent, not very good at all. It became awful when we went to bed. This room is obviously over a machine room. The noise was a fairly loud droning noise and the bed vibrated. It was uncomfortable & disconcerting. I knew there were no other rooms so we put in earplugs & took sleeping pills. The bedside tabes had sharp corners. My husband cut himself on the corner. Upon check out I advised the desk person of our unpleasant stay & she said the pool pumps aren't usually that loud and maybe something had broken. Her, "so sorry about that" came across as insincere. We had been enjoying our stays at several different comfort inns, but this experience will have us considering other options in the future. I sent this review to the GM of the hotel and did not receive any response.
We stayed here overnight on our way back home. Started off a little rocky. We specially asked for top floor 2 queens. We got there and the guy said there were no available. After rooting around an it he hooked us up with a kind jacuzzi suite. For the same price. So that made things better. The room was very clean. Very spacious and very quiet. Everything seemed to work in the room as advertised. Wifi was good too. Breakfast was awesome. Very good selection of good. All around was a nice stay and would definitely stay here again.
Great beds, fun wifi, could catch up on news and emails, fun to have three queen beds in one room...We also enjoyed the breakfast and coffee in the room. Bathroom was clean, ample room and floors were very clean.
We were traveling with teen grandkids and we're so happy to find a hotel with three separate beds in the room. This hotel is clean and comfortable. The beds are soft and everyone slept well. We all enjoyed the well maintained inside pool and spa. The hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. We will definitely return.
