The lady who worked in the breakfast area was the most delightful and pleasant person! The front desk staff was also very professional and very nice!!! This was one for the best hotels I’ve stayed in. We received 5 star service at a 2 staff rate!

Had to wait on room to be cleaned. 45 mins. Water leak with bathrooms on any room that ending with last w digits 17. Housekeeping cleans late afternoon. Housekeeping was extremely rude and became verbally aggressive. I report her to staff. Breakfast minimal it was the worst stay in that city I have ever experienced. Dirty stained carpet. Window curtains wouldnt close all the way. Light through, no black out. Loud in hallways
