Upstairs apartment with a private entrance located in Old Town Rock Hill. Walking distance from Fountain Park, downtown Rock Hill, less than one mile from Winthrop University and 5 Min to the Rock Hill Indoor Sports Complex. Smart TV's in both bedrooms
This is an upstairs apartment with a private entrance on the back side of the house. Downstairs is a 3 bedroom home that is available for short term rental as well. Guests are expected to be respectful of our downstairs tenants.
The apartment has a full kitchen equipped with basic cooking essentials. It also has a washer, dryer, microwave, coffee pot, and coffee. The living room has a futon sofa that will sleep one and a double bed off to the side. The bedroom has a Queen rice bed and a dresser. The bathroom has a tiled bath/shower . Outside there is a small covered sitting area. 803 area code 517-2411
Please park in the designated upstairs parking area and do not block the driveway.
