Good place, great staff, very considerate. Everything one might need on a business travel
Internet didn't work .hotel had Halloween party and was full of over served drunks !
Constructions in downtown made the GPS navigation very challenging!
Clean exceptional facilities in good downtown location. From prompt and quick check in to quick resolution of lost door key to prompt and delightful services at restaurant - consistent at all areas
THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY ACCOMADATING! LOVED THE CAR SERVICE. PLUS, IT WAS FREE TO AND FROM LOCAL ATTRACTIONS. TWO THUMBS UP TO THAT!
Nice staff, pleasant stay..............................................................................
The heating system needs to be brought up to the 21 century. It was difficult to maintain any level of comfort. Otherwise everything else was good
Always a bice stay here. My go to placein Rochester. I love the outdoor uncovered pool in the summer and the beautiful water side views. Lots to do downtown close and the bar and resturant are great too. Love the access from the parking garge. Too bad its per day parking though. Only bad thing! But still great.
I stay here most times I come to rochester. Clean hotel. Usually can get it under 200 total. Nice staff.
Poor desk staffing Terrible BED Deep valley inn middle with heavy cover hard to get out !! hardly slept with 11 hour trip home next day !!
I was pleasantly surprise at the Radisson Hotel and its connectiveness to the Rochester Convention Center. I appreciated the hotel's downtown location and parking facility. The hotel's restaurant made eating a pleasure, especially its buffet breakfast. The hotel room was not a disappointment, instead it turned out to be everything that it had advertized to be.The microwave and refrig and large scale TV made it feel like home. The queen size beds were comfortable as well. I can see the pride and work the hotel staff puts in maintaining the facility. When I have a need to be in Rochester, New York, I will surely seek out this hotel for my stay.
had a good time at the radisson, would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.
Know Rochester was very strange experience. The Hotel is very well located. Look's a old fashion hotel, but it is ok. The only thing that I haven't like was the noisy that comes from the bathroom. To much noisy!!!
Good Points: People were very good. Bed was fine, Shower was fine. The Bad Part: Old worn-out carpet - gives an impression of old building. Did not find it adequately lighted Separate knobs for hot & cold water in the basin (old building) Food was expensive - A 5$ soup on menu would cost $12 if served in the room?? Pathetic Internet
We decided to book here at the last minute to extend a stay in Rochester. The staff was very accomodating. The room was nice enough for the price. It did have a great view of the city. The hotel restaurant/bar leaves much room for improvement.
The room was very clean. The bed was wonderful. I was on the 15th floor and had a nice view of the river and city. All the staff was very friendly. The legends restaurant in the hotel was overpriced for the quality of the food but I guess that is typical for hotel restaurants.
Upon arriving and unpacking I discovered the room's manual safety lock was broken. Once notified, the hotel staff saw to it, it was corrected with a few hours. They even offered a room change, but I declined since the repair was scheuled, and occurred, very quickly. Room was clean and well appointed. Low floor location had the potential of being noisy, but the room was located at the end of the building well away from conference rooms or elevators. The hotel was located near numerous bus stops and right across from Rochester's Conference Center. The stay was very pleasurable and a great value. I will be back the next time I am in Rochester.
And a great place to stay!!! I would recommend to anyone in the area.
Very clean. The staff was great. Special shout out to Frankie! Gift shop lady was very friendly and helpful. Parking garage was overcrowded, but that is due to morons not knowing how to park.
It's okay if you are visiting town for for business or, like me, for auditioning at the Eastman School of Music. Location was convenient. The place is kind of old and I've noticed a spider's web in the corner.
