Close to Racetrack and Casino. Room door was very hard to open. My AC didn’t work. The faucet in the tub dripped continually.

The room we stayed in was a non-smoking room. The bathroom smelled like a dirty stale cigarette. When we told hotel staff at night and when checking out they didn’t seem to care. The response I got upon leaving was “Sorry about that, have a great day!” When talking to the hotel manager they tried to deflect the situation and change the subject rather then resolve the issue fully. I was refunded a portion of what I paid, and for one night the room was $220.99, for a room with a bathroom we could barely sit in. My friend who went with me couldn’t even use the bathroom because they were gagging upon entering it.
This place is the best! Clean, comfortable, quiet. Nothing fancy, but everything worked. My only complaint is that I couldn’t turn the shower head to change the needle spray setting in room 311. Not a big deal.
Comfy beds, clean despite the construction, no concerns or problems.
The room was clean, attractive with a perfect temperature. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast had variety and tasted good.

Me and my husband spend The day at the casino and crashed for the night at the hotel before heading back home. Great experience. Staff was very polite and helpful. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. We plan to stay at this hotel next time were in town.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Staff was friendly. Room was booked for Early Check-in but was not on record when we arrived. Staff did get us in another Room though. This review has raised some concerns about if this would be a traditional family environment. Breakfast area quite small for Hotel size and capacity.

I am sorry you thought I was deflecting. I was very upset about the fact someone would smoke in the hotel. The entire hotel is non-smoking. I addressed the situation here at the hotel as soon I received your message. I hope you'll change your mind and give us another chance, it definitely is not the norm to have a room smell of smoke.
