Everything was impeccable. The staff incredible. Amenities incredible. Colton at the desk was extremely professional and courteous to all of the guests. So impressive and he knew all of the guests by there names and remembered what their needs were. Colton is an employee anyone would want at the helm. Staff stood out. Especially and mostly Colton and Tae. Very professional, helpful, and polite. Helped us navigate our stay. Very good employees. Bed were comfortable, room was mostly clean, and its a nice place to stay when visiting Mayo clinic. I love that shuttles were provided. Took the stress off of having to navigate through the construction. Continental breakfast was okay. Just your average options to choose from. Wish they had more hot food options. Was neat they had fountain soda available. Would stay again!

Right across the street from St. Mary’s Hospital. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We use Google Maps and it was up to date with the road construction around the city including near St. Mary’s.

Our room was clean, but what stands out is your staff. They were extremely helpful and kind. my husband was under a lot of stress while I was hospitalized. He had forgot some items in the room he stayed at. The cleaning staff brought the items to the front desk, who in turned call him so he was able to retrieve my favorite pair of boots. Should we have the need to return to Rochester we will plan on staying at Aspen Suites.
