A good friend and I were in town for an event at the Civic Center so we booked this hotel. Staff were kind and helpful to answer my questions about shuttle (was hoping they went to/from the civic center but them not providing that wasn't a deal breaker). I really liked the room layout and the fact that the hot tub was somewhat separate from the pool area. Overall a great experience and I would stay here again.

I stayed here for 2+ months this past summer when my daughter had her heart transplant and they became like family to me and they helped me get through it. We were back this past week for my daughters check up and as usual everything and everyone was wonderful. The breakfast food was fresh and delicious. The staff is the best ever. The room was spotless and so comfortable. The entire place is homey and cozy. It is our home away from home. Thank you so much guys ♥️

Multiple Mayo appts. Only issue entirely not to do with hotel- shuttle service was nice but several times the bus had 3x the allowed passenger limit. 65 counted on a 20 something passenger bus. Could have gotten off and waited an hour for last bus but heard it at 71 on it the day before!

The sheets on the bed were the most threadbare I have ever seen in a hotel. You could see through them. The hall smelled like dirty feet. The front desk staff was very nice, but I would not stay here again without some upgrades and a good deep clean for the carpet.
