It's very handy to downtown. The rooms are quiet. The beds are comfy.

close to Mayo, parking could be a little better. Rooms are very adequate.

I was very pleased with the hotel. The night staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The manager is unprofessional. Front desk attendants are great.

Convenient location and the price was good. Breakfast was acceptable with the largest donuts I've ever seen at a hotel breakfast bar.

Smelly everywhere; corridor, staircase, room, bathroom you won’t find a place without the dirty look and aweful smell. Disgusting. The door makes loud noice from the hinges. Very low quality hotel and very less maintenance is done. The breakfast is another reason to hate this hotel. They said they have boiled eggs, yogurt, fruits etc. during booking. The breakfast runs 6 to 10 am in Saturday’s. We went at 8:00 am. The fruits section had only one apple left. When I asked for fruits the lady said, that’s all they have left. I asked for boiled egg, she said they don’t have eggs in stock, it will be next Wednesday for the eggs to get replenished. There wasn’t any hot water for tea at 8:00 am. The breakfast lady was pouring couple of cups of milk at a time in the milk in the milk jar. Had terrible experience today. We went to Rochester for a soccer tournament. Just spend 20-30 dollars more and stay in a much better place. I will never stay again and will ask others to stay away from this hotel. We travel a lot and stay on an average 15 nights in hotels in a year. Never wrote a review before. But this stay was so terrible I could not stop myself from writing the review.

This is a nostalgic hotel, which is a welcome change from the usual prim and proper places. The staff were friendly and authentic.

it was a good stay for the price. I checked in late and checked out early so all my experience was limited to just the room - again for the price it was a good place to sleep

Good Hotel though not great. Nice people, room was OK. Lamps did not work off light switch. TV's remote Guide did not work. Shower faucet handles were very touchy to maintain a good temperature. Bathroom was small for two people to move around (had a king bed). Peeling paint in the bathroom. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Had shuttle to Mayo but was only 2 blocks away if could week. Great price.

The rooms are clean and the staff are great. The beds were a little harder than we like but we slept fine. The decor is dated but that doesn't affect the quality of our stay. The breakfast selection was not as varied as other hotels we have stayed at but what was there was tasty.

Rude and unhelpful staff. Celing and pipes exposed and dirty.
